There was a sign on the door that said there would be a 40 minute wait but we didn't mind. It seemed like the staff was new as the cashier was needing help with our order. We usually love the sweet tea but it was soooo sweet this time I could hardly drink it. I ended up taking it up-front and asking for them to mix unsweetened tea with it. Our order took only 20 minutes to get to our table which was awesome. The potato salad was bomb as usual and the harvest chicken salad on a croissant was good.
I went to go pick up McAllisters for work. We go there maybe once a week. Today they forgot someone’s order AND the salad I got was old and slimy. Where do you guys get off on this?? Horrible. Absolute garbage.
Ordered two bread bowl soups online. Had no issues until I arrived at the restaurant, when I picked up my food, the receipt had the bread bowl part crossed out. When I asked why they said we're out. Well the issue is I paid an extra 2$ per bowl for the bread bowls. When I asked about if I was going to get a refund the cashier laughed, I asked why I wasn't contacted about it when I have to put my phone number in for the order? She said we don't contact anyone. When I asked for a refund someone in the back yelled through the window for me to tell him my name. Couldn't even talk to a customer face to face. He said he would take care of it. He never did.
the staff was great. very respectful. helpful. place was clean and food was great.
Food was good. It was a little busy inside and I think got the staff a little distracted. I had to ask for a spoon for my soup and they left off my kid's chips. But both were corrected and the meal was tasty. Chicken tortilla soup was definitely spicy and flavorful.
Excellent food, friendly staff. Katey is especially friendly and hard-working.
Went about an hour and a half before closing. Line was almost out the door but service was fasttt. I ordered a salad and veggie spud. They got the salad wrong at first, and the cashier was a tad bit argumentative about it. Another young man quickly intervened and fixed it. The food itself was super good!
Tried the chicken and dumplings and it was really good. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. One of my favorites.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place. This was our first time ordering from this place and I am very disappointed with the outcome!. We paid $44 to not get everything we ordered, our chips were missing with my salad the sizes and portions were very poor with the wrap and the Mac and cheese my kids weren’t going to get full with the tiny portion. the Poor driver had to wait and they were out of everything. She had to sit there and wait for them to brew a whole thing of tea. It was crazy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one especially with the price and poor portions.
Despite them being extremely busy the experience was good. The store seemed understaffed and needs help . The employees seemed extremely overwhelmed other than that they did there best.
