The food was pretty good but over priced. I think it’s the “atmosphere” you’re paying for. That artsy hole in the wall artisanal restaurant vibe. Maybe it’s just me but I like an inexpensive but comfortable and casual feel. A few of the cashiers in back were cold to us when we took our time ordering bc we’d never been there before but spent the whole time in the kitchen area goofing off and not a single employee was wearing a mask. I know they aren’t required anymore but if anyone should be right now it’s customer service employees.

Although I like the downtown Chattanooga location better, our overall experience was good. The waffles are actually my favorite.

I was excited to try Maple Street based off every blogger on the East Coast mentions it’s a must visit. Biscuits and gravy where good, no doubt there but extremely over priced in my book.

Be prepared to wait over an hour to eat. I recommend coming on a day when you don’t have plans, you will spend quite some time waiting. Menu stated 6 pieces of bacon, this was 3 cut in half. Food was good, however, the flavors do not justify the wait time.

The biscuits (we had the one with goat cheese and the one with bacon and cheddar) were delicious. The jellies that came with them were also great- the pepper jelly and the apple butter. The mushroom gravy is pretty bland, but everything else was great. We ate breakfast twice while we were in town. Would definitely come back when in the area! This place was packed both times we were there, so we just got an order to go.

Amazing experience! The staff are very friendly. Serving size is generous but not overly so. We ordered the Ultimate B&G, Sweet Grace, the Bluegrass Grit bowl, and the Sticky Maple with a sharable of Maple Sausage Meatball ?.

Spacious industrial chic breakfast restaurant. Creative menu, fast service and various seating options as well as a community room provide a welcoming atmosphere....sit by yourself to read the newspaper, have a job interview over a cup of coffee, or invite 10 of your friends to celebrate a special event with a delicious breakfast or just cinnamon iced biscuits.

Everything was wonderful. Especially the fella at the front. Very welcoming environment and very clean. Also, you don’t need to ask for to go cups because it is self service with their amazing coffee choices and coffee bar available. Iced or hot. UNLIMITED. I’ll be back ??

We live in Texas and love coming here to eat when in Chattanooga. This time was sadly disappointing. The food was hardly warmer than room temp. The cheese couldn't even melt and the gravy congealed because it was barely warm. I asked for them to make another or at least warm it up, as it was not enjoyable. The lady running the front acted very annoyed and put out. The cook made another, and it was exactly the same...barely warm. I now notice that other reviews are saying their food needed to be warmer. Please warm it up!

I was excited to try this place and took the kids for breakfast. The serving sizes were big if a tad pricey. The place is clean, help yourself coffee bar is nice. I found the menu a little limited and a focus on maple is driven home. What they do have is creative, but even the sausage is maple flavored. My daughter enjoyed some maple coffee concoction. We ate our fill but overall everything was too sweet and maple for me.
