Had a late lunch dinner today! First time here, and was pleasantly surprised! The side salad was better than most, and my Grilled Meatloaf dinner with sauteed onions and mushroom gravy was the best I ever had! My wife had a giant baked sweet potato with her meal, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Our server "Foxy" was personable, efficient and quick to fill up my empty ice tea glass! Looking forward to our next meal there!
Update Review - a second recent meal at Logan's, Lots of good things and one disappointment. While we ate at a busy dinner hour, service was speedy and courteous. Lots of hot dinner rolls with plenty of butter. 4 in my party ordering various menu items and all agreed the food was hot, delicious with large portions. Can not comment on dessert because we were all packed after our meal and all needed to go boxes. The only odd thing was the ribs. My son ordered a full rack of ribs and this is what he received, (see picture) . When son questioned the portion, waiter said he did not know, this is what he was given to serve. Son went and saw the manager who said it was a mistake and gave plenty of additional ribs. I even got a follow call from the store manager who said it was corporate policy now to serve ribs in "two bone" portions and a full rack should have been 12 ribs or six 2 bone portions. This is sad because I really like getting the full, intact slab of baby backs. Seems like this restaurant is really trying to please their customers during these tough times of worker shortages.BTW, I recently ordered a full rack at Texas Road house, (no hot rolls, and service not as good) and received two clusters of ribs with 5 bones each. Maybe none of the chains serve an intact slab of ribs anymore???1st Logan's review : Both bad and good : Had to ask for early bird special menu which is on a small card in fine print, and to my surprise did not include many of the sides ( unexpected with check, extra $2.99 for baked potato ). deserts was large, think sharing but was frozen hard, impossible to eat, had to take home. Waitress poorly trained, example table full, had to ask for plates to be cleared before desert. Did not have peanuts as before. The Good - Hot, tasty, soft rolls as soon as we sat down. Steak good tasting and cooked as requested. All other sides: fries, salad, beans were well cooked and tasty. Had early dinner, 4 o'clock on Tuesday, slow time on a slow day, so experience likely to be different when busy as on Friday or Saturday. Bill was about $90 with one adult and one child ordering from early bird special menu (2 sides a la cart) and one adult having a rib eye, plus 2 deserts.While my review is critical please tip generously as wait staff is hard to come by.
The service was GREAT and the food was good. I would definitely go back when in the area.
After not eating at Logan’s for over a year, my husband and I stopped in on April 5th, 2022, around 5:30. We noticed that the place seemed to just need a really good cleaning. The blinds that were next to me were food spattered and just gross. Our waitress was good but had too many tables for one person. Our order was slow and parts were cold when it was delivered. There was also a problem with the butter. It tasted awful. Our waitress brought us more but it was the same. She finally got some from the back and it was good. We heard others complaining about it, also. We understand that places are short handed. We still tipped our waitress very well.
Theywill not give you two rolls with the chicken dinner bear in mind this is not a snack it is a dinner there was no sauce for the tenders there was no utensils there was no napkins and when I called to speak to the manager about the rolls unless you order rolls you don’t get them in a bear in mind when you go there to eat you get rolls so I’m not ever ordering logans agiain the door dashdriver said short dark hAired tan girl refused give two Rolls she was supposed to be their to go expert they might rethink that
We arrived and a family blocked the entire doorway with no regard for anyone else. The hostess didn't really greet us, and didn't ask how many kids menus we needed (we have 2 kids). The server didn't get my wife's order right, and the food came out cold. My steak was way overcooked. I had to ask 4 times just to get a Caesar Salad. Apparently no one else knew how to fix a salad, because half the stuff was missing on it. Went to a drive thru and got fresh food.
Logan's Roadhouse, situated in Cleveland, is somewhere to go if you want a delicious, quick, homemade meal. Their Dinner Rolls are made fresh and insanely delicious as was the Cheesecake. The staff were very friendly and attentive with a clean and cozy dining room. The Grilled Meatloaf was hands down the best Meatloaf I've ever eaten. Will absolutely be coming here again next time!
The food at (RN) is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place!
We hadn't been to the 153 location in a while since covid. The girl in front was very polite and sat us quickly on a Saturday. She was the only one with a mask on. Our waitress was very attentive. The food was cooked correctly. I do wish my steak had a little less salt, otherwise it was fine. The only issue we had was our chili. We have had the chili here in the past and loved it.I usually get some to use for chili dogs. We purchased 4 and this time it was exactly like hormel chili from a can, nasty and dry.
It was my son's birthday. We had exceptional service and great food. Great dining experience. My wife had some fried fish that looked delicious which she it was.. I think I will try it next time.
