After a 12 hour day on the road the familiar Logan's sign was a welcome sight. We went about 7 p.m. on a Thursday night. We were seated quickly and waitress arrived soon with hot bread. They did not have the scotch we wanted so settled for something else. We both ordered doubles and mine was fine but my husband's looked like a single. We started with a fried appetizer assortment. It was good and hot. Our cobb salad with steak arrived and looked good. The steak was tough, gristley and inedible. We did talk to the manager and she offered a free entree but we were just ready to crash. The meal came to about 80.00 and 16.00 tip. About a hundred bucks for steak you couldn't chew. I would go with chicken if I ever returned.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken on a bed of rice and this is what I got then it was supposed to come with a dinner roll me or my husband didn’t receive our rolls that came with the dinner Thank God we ordered 6extra on the side thank you Logan’s but NO THANK YOU!! Not for the 39.00 dollars we paid
I have debated on writing this review for a month now. My husband and I dined at this establishment at the beginning of April. After paying (and leaving a tip) and totaling out at the bottom. We leave and within a day or two I check my account and noticed there was extra added to the amount (over the amount I left for the tip) After talking to the restaurant and corporate they assured us it was taken care of and we would receive the extra amount back. It has been 30 days and still no refund. I am not a complainer, and have NEVER wrote a bad review but, this just can't go unsaid.
Service is friendly and I’ve never had bad food there. Also Walmart let’s us truck drivers park on their lot
This place stays packed with the number of hotels in the area. The food is good and the staff was friendly. Typical steakhouse menu with a few speciality items, like the teriyaki chicken.
We dined at 6pm on a Monday and the restaurant was very busy. The staff are super friendly and working so hard. Manager spent a lot of time with one fussy couple. Kudos to him. Why are people so difficult?!My husband had the terryaki chicken with sweet potato and broccoli, he said it was excellent and gave it top marks for serving size, tenderness and piping hot. I ordered the 8 oz filet with baked potato and broccoli. My meal was also very good and hot. I can’t be too critical of the steak because it was $10-15 less than you pay in a finer dining establishment. That said, 3-4 bites were quite grisly. I expected better quality at $24.We recommend this restaurant and would dine here again.

Bartenders are awesome. Probably hardest workers in building. Food has consistent quality. Service in dining room is hit or miss. Managers could help staff more. Overall Betsy (?) and other bar staff make place awesome. Sit anywhere in bar area for best service. Meatloaf sliders best value and damn good.
Nice wait staff too!! Hamburger was delicious but they need to have a lunch menu.
