Out of all the Kung Fu Teas I’ve been to, this one has been the worst by far. The Jasmine green milk tea that I got had no flavor. It was basically just sweetened milk. The employee was also really freaking rude. I asked if I could enter my phone number in for the rewards, and she couldn’t hear me (from the mask which was fine, definitely happens a lot) but she basically shouted at me and got mad and told me “they didn’t do that there.” It also took a really long time for her to make our 3 drinks. We were literally the only customers in that store.
The tea itself was amazing, and the wait time wasn’t too bad either. The only thing I would say they could improve upon is the sizes. Even the large isn’t as big as one would expect.
Ordered through the app and accidentally set it to pick up instead of delivery, tried to cancel the order and you can't do it through the app and their phone auto denied calls and the voicemail was full. When I picked up the teas I found out the store had no wifi or cell service and the order hadn't been received, but owner had kept the store open and was still accepting mobile orders that were inaccessible. The employee was understandably upset about the entire situation, I felt terrible for them.
Kung Fu Tea is absolutely awesome, but the real MVP here is the employee who was working alone the day we visited. Zero complaining, line to the door, fast, friendly, efficient. The teas were so good, and she was so knowledgeable about her product. I wish I would’ve taken down her name! Don’t sleep on this place; it’s so cool!
Delicious refreshing drinks for hot days and hip decor. Near the park so they are basically guaranteed customers no matter what.Be prepared for an attitude if you come during a busy period and aren't sure what you want bc they seem very ~mentally over~ anyone asking questions about menu items or taking too long to order. Don't be stupid and try to combine or alter anything from the menu. You already have plenty of choices. Drinks are sold as listed and described. Don't overcomplicate stuff.

This place used to be a 5 star but in the last year the lady working there has always been rude, messed up an order, or acted like customers were inconveniencing her. If she is in a bad mood don't expect your drink to be right.
Great tea alternative on the north shore for cold days! The taro root tea flavor is soo good! They also have tea slushes! Looking forward to trying the sesame and red bean flavors and trying the iced ones in the warmer months. Really nice employees. Convenient location to the walking bridge and north shore businesses.
Ordered around 3:30 on 2/10. The lady at the counter seemed like we were more of a bother than customers. I Ordered a large but she gave me a medium, what had happened is that she was too busy on her phone during our order to hear or care. When I question why it was a medium she contested and gave me a printed receipt. Yes it was medium but I had clearly said Large. There was no apology or reconciliation. We were very polite and were met with an absolute lack of personality or manners. Boba is good, but I'd recommend Taichi bubble tea if you wanted you be treated like a human.
Young lady working Friday January 7 2020 with a pink jacket and jeans at 7:30pm was extremely unprofessional and rude. Not only were my orders made incorrectly, she didn't bother to let us know when they were done. We arrived to the shop and she was eating dinner on the counter while on her phone. She didn't greet us and then once we ordered, she got frustrated and messed up the drinks MULTIPLE times and got annoyed when we tried explaining what we wanted. I LOVE KFT but this place doesn't satisfy what KFT is about.
