Horrible guest experience. With a manager no less. While she disrespected her customer- me, call employees were jumping up and down laughing right behind her. I've tried to contact the corporate office of this company eight times with no response. This company and this store in particular cares nothing about their customers. This happened over two months ago and I've still yet to hear any response from their corporate office.. Pathetic service. Pathetic management. Pathetic customer service
I had to wait a little bit, but it was SO worth it. They dropped fresh chix, grilled me up some bacon, slapped on some cheese, pickles and with a kiss of mayo: DINNER!Now, neither one of us ( Drive Thru Person or myself) could say "Three Krystal bacon cheddar chix and tots" three times fast, but it didn't stop us from trying.I think everyone else thought we were nuts.We were two grown men, having a moment of pure silliness and laughing till we were crying and couldn't breathe! You know, 'A Goodtime, Fun!'When was the last time you had that?" I truly don't even know how or what set us off. But to my pick for Krystal Employee of the Month: "Thank you, Sir" Oh, and the food was really good too!
I ordered on the app at 10:08 for pickup. Got here at 1020 and they wanna say that they haven’t even started on it, well waited in line for almost an hour and a half. Finally got it but it ain’t what I ordered. At 12:10 you’re telling me that you couldn’t get the order correct? How? I ordered 24 Krystal’s and one chili cheese fry.. and got one chili cheese fry a couple of those donut bites and 5 Krystal’s. 5 KRYSTALS. and when I call up there it’s not even 1220 yet and y’all are already closed? I was told to call in the morning and talk to gm? How is that okay at all? People are suppose to be fed with what I bought.. what is this going to feed? One and a half people? It took literally 2 hours for y’all to make up this? Really? If it took y’all that long to make 5 Krystal’s and fries and donut bites then I wouldn’t want to see how long it took to actually make my order correct the first time.. Poor service completely if I could give 0 stars I would.
Normally I'm fine with this place but tonight is a different event so I order 5 chiks to be told its more then what it shows and I have to tell them what it is when it's a deal they offer so it should ring up that way. And another my favorite part I said NO pickles due to allergy yet here I am with all of them with pickles thanks guys for doing a bang up job of not hearing my request!
Burgers were good, fries were not and the strawberry fanta tasted like crab water ?.The mens restroom facilities were in desperate need of attention. No toilet paper or paper towels. The trash was overflowing onto the floor. Like everywhere else they are under staffed.What staff was there was friendly and helpful.
I went in to order. It took a while, but reasonable time: my order was large for more than just me + their drive-thru traffic was heavy. I was only walk-in customer for awhile.
It was very clean the woman who took our order seem to be nice enough I guess. The food on the other hand was some of the worst Krystal I've ever had. I got two Sunrisers that were okay but I also ordered a biscuit and gravy and it was like something they scraped out of a bowl they were supposed to throw out of yesterday. Thank goodness there was beer close by so I can get the taste of that out of my mouth.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. My family was in Chattanooga visiting and this was our stop before we got on the highway- it was awful!! The workers were sooo rude! While we were at the mic ordering you could hear them making comments about our order, thinking their headset were off. The “burgers” were thrown together - literally. The meat on the burger was GREY!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
My wife and I enjoyed our meal tonight! We got a 12 burger meal deal with two drinks and two sides. Plus we had to add a bowl of chili!Easy and quick service for tonight’s dinner.
Went through the drive through on 12-14-2021 around 9:30 PM ordered a 25 pack krystal combo. The two workers at the drive through window were rude and not friendly at all. They acted like they hated life and their job in general. Killed them with kindness. Wish all food places were as friendly at chil fila.
