The guys at the drive thru were not friendly at all. Never spoke at all except to tell me the total at the order speaker. Doughnuts are always great though..Service could use some help.
Went to drive thru this evening to pick up a dozen glazed. I was very polite and the order was simple. The young lady who handled the transaction was not friendly and not even courteous. She did give me a receipt when handing back the credit card, which was good. The doughnuts were handed over promptly, so that was very good too. In response to my smile and "Thank you," I received a look that said, "I have to give you these doughnuts but I sure as hell don't have to speak to you." Good customer service should have included a "Thank you" from her but I would have settled for a hint of a smile. I wouldn't bother with writing this review if the attitude hadn't seemed so deliberate. It won't keep me from going back because the doughnuts were fresh and amazingly tasty as always!
Best Krispy Kreme anywhere! Original Hot Glazed Donuts Still The Best Anywhere!! Just need to be sure All Chefs Stick to Original Glaze Recipe! We were there 2-3 weeks ago & whoever mixed glaze ingredients that day were way off! Tasted like they put Artificial Sweetner in the mix! Were not as good as usual!! Back this week & they were GREAT!
Very disappointed when I ordered a dozen of supposedly creme filled and none of them had creme filling! I ordered 2 dozen the second having classic so that I would have both, only to discover that they were all classic with stripes on the top of the “creme filled” donuts to pass them off as creme filled! Very upset by this as I paid extra for them and they cost $13.49 per box! I spent almost $30 on 2 boxes of donuts that weren’t even what I wanted! Not sure if I will be back! Krispy Kreme has always been the best but this is a type of fraud in my opinion!!!
Got to have my KK:s! Check the app for locations and great deals. It's best to go when the 'Hot and Ready" neon sign is on! They are so fresh, soft, and yummy when they come straight off the production line! The only problem when they are like that is you can eat one in two bites. Then, you want to eat too many! Be sure and Chase it down with a chocolate milk!
These are the worst doughnuts we have ever had. There is absolutely no cream in the chocolate iced cream filled doughnuts. There is hardly any chocolate on them as well. This is not what we paid almost $15 a dozen for. There needs to be someone supervising. We have eaten 5 out of 12. 3 of them 5 had no cream and two barely had any filling to say that we tasted it. Sad.
Well now I am very partial to Krispy Kreme and love the variety they have. As well as good coffee and really good service. Albeit shouldn't be a part of my diet, I will never not stop to get some, nor will I not pass one up to get some.
This cashier was so rude from taking my order to the interaction at the window. She was so short with me while I was ordering, cutting me off mid sentence. Then once at the window she says my total and I presented a coupon. She says the same total again and I show the coupon again, because she has yet to acknowledge it, and she rudely says "I already got it". She takes my card and shakes her head like I'm in the wrong here. No greeting, just attitude, as if I ruined her day by showing up and purchasing something from the place that pays her! They seriously need some customer service training.
I liked it it was okay staff was pretty nice I mean they weren't just ugly they were just I guess quick and ready to be through with the order and get you out of there so I guess that's a good thing overall it was okay.
Online, hot doughnuts were supposed to be served until 10pm. We got there are 9:45... no hot doughnuts. They only had raspberry filled, chocolate cream filled, and glazed. That was it. The employee taking orders was very rude. All in all, it was a very bad experience. Very disappointing.
