This KFC is my absolutley favorite IV ever seen that made my food . Very fresh and delicious ! This is exactly what I wonted and wasent sure how to oder ! Thank you for your help today !! Pree the cashier was also a very alsome sweet young lady :)
Waited 40 min for them just to take my order. If they are going to totally ignore the lobby for the drive thru they should have closed the lobby. They just ignored us and said they would be w us and soon as they had things cleared. Clocks on drive thrus are the reason why lobbies are ignored. It’s also Christmas Eve so I expect them to be busy being one of the few places open. However, don’t ignore your lobby bc of a stupid clock. I would have left but it kept looking like they were going to take our order. Not coming back, I get many fast food places have problems getting workers right now, but close the lobby if you can’t handle it. Should have went to sonic next door. And yes, holidays, but apparently they’ve had a sign up saying there will be a wait. Any place that ignores the lobby for drive they… even the guys who did mobile orders waited forever too. People in the lobby are getting a angry. Like another person is screaming at them bc they been waiting for their order to be taken for 45 min. Especially when after a long wait they told people in the lobby….been here over half an he… drive thru would be faster. The staff also blamed online orders. I should have taken a video of the rant a lady just did. Just avoid this place.
I ordered A three-piece meal and I ordered a two pieces meal with a cookie and got a free fry which was really badwhen they were delivered.. My chicken was so cold and so was the potatoes, And on top of that my grandson didnt get his cookie ao that alone was a fight .. Im very disappointed in everything that happened tonight. I ordered from the eastbriand location.i tried to call the store and no answer even after it rang and rang for along time then called back . order # 43343 12/13/21 at 6:53 is my delivery time. Right on time with what they said . this was not delivery persons fault. I love 2 miles from the store.
Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and the chicken was dry and tuff. Seems like it had been cooked for a while.
They deserve more than 5 stars today!! The pot pie was absolutely perfectly cooked and full of vegetables and chicken. Great quality! The girl at the window was so polite and friendly! Probably the best fast food experience in months!
So glad to see KFC at this new location. My brother and I got the original chicken plate and it was awesome! The drive through service was friendly and first class. KFC is soon good!
I got a 12 piece Nashville tenders yesterday with cole slaw, mash, n fries I died and went to heaven it was so good please please keep the Nashville tenders best tenders I ever tasted the flavor is amazing I'll be back real soon thanks kfc !!!!!

I visited this location today and received excellent service. The dining room was very clean. I was particularly impressed with the man I assume was the manager. He was organized, careful to get my order right, and very respectful to me and those working with him. The other employees were efficient and went the extra mile to help each other. One even helped me carry my bags to the car. I had a large order too. I highly recommend them!
