I tried to grab dinner at the hwy 58 location and sat in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes and it didn't move. I went inside to order and was told that they offer drive-thru only. If I had 45 minutes to wait in a car line and get my food I wouldn't have gone to a fast food restaurant.
Worst chicken we have ever gotten. Paid 26.00dollars for a 8 piece family bucket. Got home the chicken had a bad taste like it was old grease, or fried twice shin was so had,we had a piece apiece and through the rest in the trash. It's sad, won't be back..
Came here later and walked into the lobby. Around 8 PM or so. Was told I couldn’t place an order in the lobby. I “had” to go through the drive though. So I did that. As I was paying I was told part of my order was still cooking. Ok, I get that. As I pull into a parking space to wait. I see a sign. That says pick up mobile orders inside. Why the hell can’t they take my order inside again? The lobby doors are already open.
I've always loved KFC. But check your food before you leave. Sometimes you might not get everything. If you let them know, they'll fix it. ?
The food was very fresh and so hot I had to wait a couple of minutes to eat when I got home . Well worth the wait. Yum.
We were in a hurry Saturday pulled into the KFC on Hwy 58, ordered chicken littles and were in and out in about 3mins. With fast and courteous service
Everything is wrong with this location. Don’t ask for more than one meal on the menu or instant ATTITUDE. Food is always wrong.
Ordered a breast meal. Got a thigh. Called, “manager” said he just boxed the breast meals and “I know the difference in a thigh and breast”, (no he doesn’t). Finally said to bring the meal back. Take meal back, he is t there. Female says we don’t give meals out free. Have her the thigh box, she says yes it’s a thigh and brings me a breast box. Just got home. Asked for fries, got mashed potatoes. Are these people on crack or what? Poor service, poor management and poor listening skills. Shame on this KFC. I will report to corporate now. You are better off going hungry.
Went to drive thru. Ordered breast box. Drove home, it was a thigh. Call manager, he says “ I just made the breast box and I know a breast from a thigh” No he doesn’t. I take second trip and return thigh, which of course, was a thigh. Ordered fries, got mashed potatoes. Two trips, they still can’t get it right. And that was my complete order, ONE BREAST BOX. The service is horrible, the manager basically called me a liar, amd after two trips, I still do not have what I paid for. Rude and worthless, that is Hwy. 58 KFC.
Went to the drive through to place an order. Online it says they close at 10:00 the time was 9:50 the guy said they were closed. I asked him what time do they close he even said 10:00 but they were closed. 10:00 means 10:00 not 9:55 not 9:50 not 9:57. The guy was still serving food out the window but refused to take my order!!
