I ordered new bucket for 1 and the #1 two piece meal the Mac and Cheese was half filled leaving individual container empty on one side. My food was just tossed in the bucket and although I had to wait for the tenders to cook they were cold when I got home, I live 1/2 mile away. My daughter's mashed potatoes were half full also and they didn't give her the cookie that was supposed to come with it.
3rd st KFC is the most sorriest KFC Restaurant in Chattanooga they food is always old never fresh they never put gravy on your mash potatoes when you order them the chicken is always dry and dried up or over cooked there drinks are even horrible. It’s like they staff just say fuk the consumer’s I repeat the worst place to stop and get chicken
First I had to wait to place my order for nine minutes. When I was ordering the taker was snappy. When I got to the window. They gave me my drinks which had a couple of ice cubes. They told me that I would have to wait. When I got home with it. The drinks had no ice, the fries were cold, the mac and cheese were cold, the sandwiches were not made right and they were cold. I waited 15 minutes for hot food. Instead, I got cold and made the wrong food. Not going back to this KFC.
Those are the rudest people I've ever tried to order food from in my life they scream they act like I'm a problem because I'm there they wouldn't have a job if I wasn't .They definitely need some training in customer service .Won't go back and I know alit of others avoiding that 0kace too they drive wayyy over to e. They were out of most everything we had ordered. They forgot we ordered a gallon well a "bucket of tea" so when my boyfriend told them they gave him two large drinks. They were out of biscuits and lied to him and told him they put rolls to replace them. They were out of Cole slaw and asked if we wanted something in its place, we said Green beans so they gave us mashed potatoes lol I paid $30 for a family that wasn't worth $15. The person before had "wet chicken" whatever that means. Horrible experience!
Let me start by saying, I never post bad reviews. I’ve worked in retail & service industry my whole life & understand some things are just out of people’s control. But serious question- What is even the point of this restaurant? I am not even close to exaggerating when I say that they are out of everything every single time I go. This is the second time I’ve just ended up cancelling my order because- and I’m not lying- they are out of half of the menu items, chicken included. The staff never sound super happy & are barely ever very helpful. So can someone please explain the point of having a restaurant that is never stocked? I’m not sure if this is a supply problem or a management issues (not ordering enough) but guys, if you need help getting your supplies I can put you in touch with the right kind of people to get it to you.
Pull to the drive in. There was no one In the line at the time. I was greeted on the speaker. Advise what I would like to order which was a pot pie. The gentleman responded (seemingly annoyed) that they were out of pot pies. So not to be facetious, I asked wasn't they didn't have any ready or was the restaurant just out & planning on having any in today (I could always come back, my thinking). Again the gentleman seemed annoyed, he answered (after blowing) we out and is there anything else you want.At this point I was so discussed I answered no thanks and drove off.The worst service ever!
Memorial Dr location, Murfreesboro. 2 hrs before closing. Out of Chicken. After waiting 25 minutes for 16 pc bucket, informed they had no dark meat and no green beans Reluctantly accepted substitute, but only had 11 PC when we got it home. Called. Refused to let me talk to manager. Literally yelled at me that that wasn't happening. Returned entire order. Got refund and went across town. Reported online and asked to be contacted. Nothing. Not going back there. Not the first bad experience there, but certainly the worst. Stay away!
Got to window and had to give them my order again. Had to pull up and wait for food. When I got the food it was still wrong. The drink was just carbonated water. When I went in to get order they took care of me right away.
KFC is my favorite fast food chain. The chicken is always done just right and served up hot.
