I absolutely love their food today. I stopped there thinking I could get in and out with my order because I had tickets for the aquarium and I had a certain amount of time to get there. On everything, I waited 45 minutes for my food. They told me it was going to be an eight minute wait for tenders. But I ended up waiting about 40 to 45 minutes watching people get served in front of me with the smaller orders of $10. They could have got my order up. I have a large family and yes it was a big order but still.
Arrived at 9:30pm on a Saturday. Was waived off by staff saying they were closed. Have watched multiple cars get same treatment. Window and website say 11pm
Poor customer service. Majority of my order was missing. Then they tried to tell me they gave me everything. Homeless comes inside and watches you eat. This place made me appreciate Chick-fil-A.
this is the worst store in the franchise, for this store stop eating in kfc and start hating the brand.they never have the inventory as a whole, there is always something missing in my order, etc etc
Who doesn't like KFC? Little slow, but tolerable. The order was nice and warm and complete!
I’m not leaving a one star review because there was anything wrong with the goose the service (necessarily). I’m doing it because I want the owners attention. The poor lady working on Christmas Eve was doing the job of 4 people. I hope she’s being compensated accordingly…
Bathroom was filthy. Ordered two 3-piece meal boxes, but we received two 2-piece meal boxes. By the time we noticed minutes later we were back on the highway.
The evening shift is the worst part of this store. Incredibly rude and incompetent.
this store has awful drive thru workers
1 hour and 20 minutes for my order.\\nI placed online and after 15min it told me to come inside.\\nWas told by an employee that it would be 45 minutes.\\nSide note: we chose kfc because it my grand mothers favorite. We buried her today and I thought it would be fun you get it for my whole family to enjoy.\\nWaited 45 minutes and then went in, stood at counter for 20 more minutes.\\nThey gave food to everyone in front of me and the drive through. Even gave a 12pc to another customer ahead of me.\\nI heard one employee say to another to pull chicken from my bucket for a drive through customer. Luckily the other employee wouldn't do it.
