Food not fresh. Orders not correct. Service and food has really gone down
Let me set the scene for you: a dark, desolate street stretches out in front of me. I do not know where i am nor how i got there. All i know is this: i am hungry, i am alone, and i am fearful of what lies ahead. i see a faint glow from the distance and as my 2013 toyota corolla rolls up to said light. i knew something was about to go down. A dashing gentleman with a side part and big thick glasses stares back at me and i roll down my window to get a better look at him. The man reaches out and takes my hand, before promptly wrapping his luscious thick lips around my fingers. ge leans down and whispers in my ear, “it’s finger lickin good”
Showed up about 30min before close, which is not my favorite thing to do to restaurants but we had a small order that was pretty common. About halfway through ordering someone interrupts the person taking our order to say they're out of fillets for chicken sandwiches, I didn't understand at first because they talked over the person taking our order so I asked them what they said and got chewed out about how they're about to close and don't have much that's ready. I left and went somewhere else, they were open for business, I was being as polite and unobtrusive as possible (because I know how it is dealing with last minute customers in food service) and they were rude as hell to me about not wanting to do their job.
it's hit or miss. when the right manager is on duty it's awesome but when the other lady manager is working horrible
Experiences had been good overall in the past, but the last one was so below expectations that I have to give only two stars. Order was very late compared to the expected time, and the crew simply did not acknowledge me as I waited and didn't apologize for the lateness of the order.
Used drive through on a busy rainy Thursday evening doing rush hour traffic. The employee was pleasant, fast & friendly. The food was hot, delicious and cheap for a filling meal. Will be going back for another great pot pie.
I came to this location on 3/25 for paid for my food at 5:45pm was asked to pull up got my food at 6:13pm(my order consisted of a 3 piece breast and 2 legs with mashed and coleslaw (had to pay 2.89 extra for the slaw) the 2 chicken littles combo with a large drink and the 5 piece tenders combo. Had to go back thru the drive thru to get the coleslaw. They were busy but as I waited on my food 5 other cars got theirs. I watched food being handed out the window and taken back in (apparently a wrong order)…come on now KFC after waiting that long I expected HOT and FRESH…BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
I live in Soddy Daisy. Went to the Soddy KFC and they had over an hour wait with 15 people inside and 10 cars outside.So I drove to the Hixson location. Pulled up and made my order and was taken care of right away. The manager was extremely nice and the entire staff were happy to take care of me. I wish all KFC'S were like the Hixson restaurant. Keep up the great job.
Had recently tried the new chicken sandwich at the KFC on broad Street in Chattanooga. Was absolutely delicious. You could tell the chicken was freshly cooked. So went back to the KFC a few days later at the location close to my home...so disappointed. They advertise freshly cooked when ordered but obviously the chicken had been made well in advance. Unlike the chicken I received at another location, this chicken was dry and chewy like it had been setting under a heat lamp. The chicken I had at the other location still had hot oil on it from the deep fryer. This was disgusting. I also ordered spicy and there was very, very little sauce on the sandwich. I will not be back to this location.
Food was Excellent and So was the Service. Only 4 people working , looked short handed but they Did an Amazing Job. Kudos.
