If I could rate this a zero I wouldWhere do I begin service was horrible after ordering and waiting over a hour for delivery with my tracker on which never indicated nothing but my order was received. So I called several times to busy signal so I decide to walk to this location. When I arrived there was about 5-6 employees present plus manager…he called deliverer to find out location because he left 8 mins before I arrived. When I returned to my office my staff informed me the deliverer appeared to have an attitude (I guess because he was called by manager) but as I sat at my desk to have lunch he spilled tea onto my desk damaging paper work that I’ve worked on for 2 weeks that’s due tomorrow….I am truly upset with this experience and when I called back to the store the manager stressed he apologize for my experience and stressed their short staffed…well a lot of places are and now I have to work super hard to redo my paperwork that’s due Wednesday…I can’t breathe right now???
1 star only because 0 stars is not an option.I used to order from here weekly but they are now understaffed and the employees do not know how to communicate with customers. I placed an online order for pickup and after standing at the pick up area for 10 minutes I notice my sandwich was already made and ready to be bagged on the back table. I asked if I could grab it and the young punk employee told me to get in the 20 person line and wait behind all the store customers that hadn't even placed an order yet. Management here needs to clean house and start over with employees. I will never go back to a Jimmy Johns again.
Each time I order from this Jimmy Johns it takes minimum 45 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered and I am 7 minutes away from the store so I don't understand why it would take this long to deliver 1 sandwich. I am normally a patient person but it's just getting frustrating. I have tried to call the store to check on the status of my order but the call never goes through. I will not be ordering from this Jimmy Johns again.
Asks for extra oil and vinegar every time and it’s still dry AF. Dining room has also been closed for over 2 years. Give it up
Wasn't happy, $32 buks later it sure wasn't even close to being good, I asked if I could get extra onion and tomatoes, nope, didn't happen, all 3 subs barely had anything on them, dry, could have went to subway by my house instead.of driving over 20 miles one way, I was the only customer in there and it will be hard to go back, "Jersey Mike's" here I come
good food fast. worst website to order online. Please please please update.
I’m never disappointed and the service start to finish is always fantastic
Really nice location across the street from Miller Park. They have a great dining area but currently you can only do takeout since the dining room is closed due to Covid-19 precautions. The service was quick and friendly. Paid parking is available all around so finding a spot wasn't a problem. I noticed a lot of people from nearby businesses stop in to pick up their call in or web orders. They have NFC payments
I order from here two to three times a week. The last several orders have all taken more than an hour to arrive and the sandwich shows up a soggy mess. I'm writing this while still waiting on a sandwich I ordered over an hour ago. And this store is only three blocks away. I used to order here because it's decent food, at a low price, delivered fairly quickly. Now it's soggy sandwiches that take forever. I'm done dealing with this place.
I really want to keep ordering from this location, but you never know when you are going to get your sandwich, 10 min or over an hour. Today, at the 45 min mark, I called and they said "your sandwich is sitting right next to me and should get to you in about 20-25 min". So I will be waiting over an hour for a sandwich that was made 30+ min ago? I understand if you are short staffed it can cause delays, but you need to find away to show wait times prior to placing an order online or on the app (like Uber Eats, etc.)
