Went through drive thru today, long line of cars, 45 minutes until we could order. Finally got to the window and noticed employees walking around with no real urgency. Order was wrong and it took the guy at the window ten minutes to get our drinks. Oh, and who asks if we'd like our change back?, I thought it was a joke, but he was serious. The only employee that seemed to be working was the women making the sandwiches. 0 customers inside the restaurant by the way, I had to check.
Always have had great food from this place. They make a great lettuce wrap of whatever you want if for some reason you can't have bread.
Placed an order for delivery online only to have the money taken from my account and wait forever never get an update on the delivery time. I called the store spoke with someone that ask me 3 time's if I placed my order to go or pick up then said he voided my order off the screen because they didn't have a delivery driver. You would have thought I could have at least had a call letting me know!
Slow service and sandwiches were not very good. Hate to say but Subway is better and that is saying something.

We went and they were super busy with call in orders and drive thru orders. They did acknowledge us when we arrived. After a few minutes they let us know they would be with us shortly which we appreciated. They did get our order and started on it pretty quickly so we had just sat down with our drinks when they had our order ready. This location has great quality, consistent with our expectations of what Jimmy John's produces.
Went thru drive thru at this location today...drove 10 miles as it was....I ordered a roast beef with provolone cheese with just a little mustard on it. After I got home and opened the sandwich, it had lettuce, mayonaise and tomatoes on it....I am allergic to raw tomato and therefor could not eat the sandwich....I was not driving 10 miles back to the restaurant to complain. I will not be going to another Jimmy John's again.

It wasn't exactly freaky fast, but I gather some stores are short staffed. Really great job today, JJs. I made several customizations to my order and they made it exactly right. Really great sandwich. Also, a polite driver brought it to the correct address.
