I usually don’t even review places.. but I will make an exception for this place. If anyone at Jimmy John’s Corp would stop in for lunch I’m pretty sure they would shut this location down by supper time that day.. It is apparent that management is the root cause of the problems. I work in Hixson a lot and it’s always the same guy supervising, and he will ignore you and be rude as quick as the other employees.. that is if you can get anyone to acknowledge you are there. When someone does take your order it is “Freaky Fast” how they ignore it and go back to chatting it up with fellow employees.. If they do manage to complete your order, most likely it will be sub par for the prices. Lack of customer service and general disregard for customers that is fueled by the management is not how you should run a business. I chose 1 star because there isn’t an option for 0 or negative stars..
I could’ve gone to the grocery store, bought items to make a sandwich, drove it home, and made it myself quicker then it took me to go to the drive-thru.
Great sandwiches, but slowest drive through ever! Every time I come it takes FOREVER
This location has atrocious customer service it's run by a bunch of high school kids don't go there unless you feel like waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich!
Good sandwich and was prepared quickly. It was well put together, even though it was quick it didn't feel or look thrown together. 2 outdoor tables for sitting outside. They have their own branded chips that are the thick Kettle style. Been hit or miss on the lobby due to personnel issues that many businesses have had to deal with. Most of the time the lobby has been open though
I visited the Hixson location today and the wait was long. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but when I pulled up to the window, it appeared that a whole team was working. Not sure what took so long, but the wait was way to long for sandwiches you don't have to cook. 20 plus minutes sitting in line. I believe in supporting places in my community, but probably won't be going back.
We pulled up to drive through and waited. And waited. Blew the horn. And waited. Decided to drive around to the pick up window. Blew the horn again. A gal turned, looked at us, then turned back around. I thought the owner right want to know. ZERO STARS! Go to Jimmy John's Downtown. It's great!!
Ok. So we used to REALLY enjoy jimmy johns before covid n the subs were huge and filled up with the meat,cheese,etc... past 3 times we came..???? Unbelievably getting smaller,n cheaply half made. Alot of less care put into the subs were paying $7+ for. Its ridiculous how Skimpy they are and can't even get our order right.its almost a Where's the beef and avacado spread is? We have to now double our order just to TRY n get the original sandwich we use to order... I placed an order through door dash - which a dasher didn’t pick up. I called this store and spoke to the nicest man who eager to not only make our food but bring it out to us, too. We had already paid for our food with door dash and didn’t want to double pay for two subs (NOT jimmy iohns fault) I didn’t catch this mans name unfortunately, but he delivered our original order along with another order at no charge to us. You’re awesome guy !!! Thank you !!!
