Love this place! I go here a couple of times a week on lunch from work and never a bad experience. The food is always great and the employees are great!

This place is AMAZING. We will be making these a go too.

I want to give a huge shoutout to, Amanda, at the Jason's Deli at Hamilton Place! Amanda, got me an extra plate and spoke to the manager who allowed me to go back to the salad bar even though another employee, Amy, said I couldn't go but once to the salad bar. Amy, stated that recently Jason's enacted a "new rule" when dining at Jason's Deli saying they have done away with all you can eat at the salad bar. I went to Jason's with this "all you can eat" aspect in mind and didn't know anything had changed therefore, I should have been notified that this was a recent new rule and not to do that next visit. Thank you, Amanda, who should be promoted because she served the customer when, Amy, wanted to play Barney Fife and pull out the rule book!

I usually love Jason's deli but this trip was terrible. I ordered the Ranchero wrap and it was cold despite me ordering online and arriving at pickup time and still waiting an additional 10 minutes. The chicken was old and rubbery. They left off the pico so it was also dry. For my side, I ordered mac and cheese which was an upcharge but they served kraft easy mac. Disgusting. So disappointing. I wasn't able to even eat it but since I had been traveling all day I did not want to leave my hotel to go back.

I love, or used to love Jason’s, but this one as well as others are messy, dirty, and just poorly managed. The dining area was approximately 25% full, but there were no clean tables, as is more common these days I had to clean my own table off before eating. The food itself was good, but I wonder what’s going on in the kitchen after seeing this dining area.

The food was very good. The service was ok. My biggest concern was the size of the side salad plate...enough for about 4 bites. Not what you'd expect for a side salad. The restaurant was clean and the team member were actively engaged in taking care of the guests.

I’ve eaten here now for the 3rd time in 2 weeks because I just started a job next door. But my experiences have been so bad I thought it was time to leave a review. The sandwiches are mediocre at best. Service is terrible. No one is smiling. James, who was at the register, was really rude and didn’t have time for my questions. And supposedly I messed him up on his screen. And the wait is horrendous. I get 30 minute breaks. I clock out and walk straight over and order which takes a total of 5 minutes. And I have to eat my sandwich walking back and am almost late for the second time now. And the server or whatever she is. Dropped my sandwich onto the tray right at my table and just sat it on my plate. (EDIT: The manager came out and took care of me. Comped my meal. And gave me a sandwich to go. They fixed the issue for today but I won’t be going back. So they lost a potential regular as it’s right next door to my job.)

No one in line, 6 people working, and nearly every table hasn’t been cleaned (from other customers). I placed an order for a wrap with no ranch, after 15 minutes of waiting I get the wrap and it has ranch on it. I take it back, and explain whats wrong with it and the manager looks at the receipt to see that it does - in fact - say no ranch. I then get my remade wrap in less than 10 minutes. The food looked good, but this place is seriously lacking. I won’t be coming back.

Favorite place to eat through the week. Kids eat free on Monday nights makes for a great family night out. Gingerbread muffins are my favorite!
