I ordered a cake with cupcakes for my daughter's birthday, & Jackson's Bakery did a wonderful job.It came out exactly as requested, it looked terrific, & tasted great. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!
Wonderful family owned bakery in Chattanooga TN. We stopped for the first time today looking for eclairs, which are so hard to find in this area. They were absolutely delicious! Rich custard filling, thick chocolate topping! Also purchased two apple turnovers. The are delicious also, the apple filling is very generous and not too sweet. We will be back.

Absolutely the best bakery around ! Excellent service and completely family owned ! Such an authentic bakery to walk into its like walking into grandmas kitchen it was so beautiful and welcoming . The quarter sheet cake id ordered is perfect and exactly what I’d hoped it’d be ! Ordered my sons cake from here last year so knew I had to order mine from here and am so happy that I did! I have been getting birthday cakes from Jackson for several years. I will not order another one. I was very disappointed with their lack of customer service and cake decorating.
Went to Jackson’s Bakery today & it was amazing . The store itself was so authentic and just felt so homie . Had freshly made items on display in three different glasses ; all looked extremely delicious! Had my chocolate birthday cake made here and my sons cake from last year was picked up from here as well. Highly recommend this to anyone thinking about cakes or desserts! This is the Bakery! Also Family owned & ran. Excellent service & will be back again for more fresh sweets !
They need to let someone that is passionate about this business/bakery take over! I don't understand not doing a simple cake order the way someone orders it! Wanted "Burgundy Roses" all over the cake and I got brown circle swirls! Ugly Ugly Cake! Not the only time I have ordered and they don't want to do what you want. Not like I'm asking for a difficult design or something really hard, simple cake with ROSES ON THE TOP! Not circles- they call rosettes! I asked for roses all over and didn't care it would cost a little more! But still can't do what I asked. I let them know, they tell me well you can come get another cake they have there before they close! In 30 Minutes!! We are on way to dinner party! Really? With this ? looking cake! Always seems to be a wall when ordering they don't want to do what is asked so why do cakes! It's totally sad!

After all the years that my family has loved this place yesterday we found the snotty owner/worker/opinionatist We order by phone 3boxes of 6cupcakes each and they were super good as usual. The problem came when my husband didn’t wear a mask. So he order 4 brownies also in person. Well in my opinion the owner put 2 wonderful fresh brownies and 2that were at least week old. We think it because he wasn’t in mask We spent quit a bit of money in this place that day 11/23/21. Not. Again.
