We were in Chattanooga for the weekend and got take out from here. It wasn't busy but it took a long time to get our order. When I mentioned that they hadn't given us one of our shakes the appeared put out and begrudgingly made the last shake. The food was good but they seemed either understaffed or overworked. It was extremely hot that evening and I know it's not ideal working in a kitchen under those circumstances. Customer service just needs some improvement.
Food fairly good. Grilled chicken sandwich too spicy. Fountain drink area not cleaned off. Only two people working I could see making for slow service.

I got take out and the service was fast. My order was accurate and the guy working the window was great. He checked to make sure I had Honey Mustard and napkins before giving me my food. The only reason for 4 stars is the fries are very bland. There was no salt or seasoning. The chicken was great and as well as the Honey Mustard.
I got a chicken biscuit and it was inedible. Not sure what the problem was. It's like they left a big sinewy layer on the chicken, which I couldn't bite though, even if I'd wanted to, and I can eat most anything. Wish I'd tied to eat it there so I could have taken it back. The hash browns were edible but old and greasy. The Diet Dr. Pepper was good, and made for a good breakfast. ?
Okay so driving through on vacation in Chattanooga we spotted this place. Being from Missouri I thought this was a Jack In The Box but it is not. What it is is a really great place for chicken! I tried the chicken meal and I was pleasantly surprised with a great flavor and taste. I would definitely stop here again if I am driving through chattanooga!
On a Journey to Experience America we came across Jack's Restaurant for Breakfast. Hostess Margaret was Very Welcoming with a Beautiful Tenn. Belle Smile and Friendly conversation. Been with Jacks for 6 yrs because it's a family owned Restaurant that treats its Employees very well. And The Food? Just like Grandma cooks. Fresh made from scratch biscuets, homemade pancakes, real scramble eggs, grits & bacon. So Tasty & Good. Loved my Time & Meal at Jacks. And you will too. Thanks Margaret. Went through the drive thru at lunch time...food was being prepared and I had to pull forward to wait on my order.One drink order was wrong but food was good. Will definitely be back!!PS: I DO NOT LIKE THE LETTUCE...it tastes like bagged lettuce with preservatives sprayed on them...YUCK!
I’ve always loved Jacks burgers but today I was so disappointed. I wanted a big Jack and ff after viewing the menu online. This is the burger I got for almost 5 bucks. Sooooo disappointed. No tomato the lettuce was almost lettuce and the bun was dry!!
It's Jack's. I don't love them, but I don't hate the convenience. I wouldn't seek out a Jack's restaurant normally but we had a road trip & it was jacks vs Wendy's. Next time I'd go back to Jack's if in the area and lacking options again.
