Visiting Chatty for the IM 70.3 race. Valet recommended Jack Brown's. Totally chic eclectic vibe. Wait staff was informative. Medium jacks burger was perfect. My buddy got the Cobra Kai and loved it. Huge beer selection.

Not a huge fan of chain restaurants usually but after we got ignored when we left the bar downstairs at the Pickle Barrel and tried to sit upstairs and get some food we decided to just finish our beer and leave. While walking back to our hotel we saw this place and decided why not. Great choice! I wouldn't have guessed it was a chain. We had the classic Jack and fries and some beer and it was honestly really good. Cool divey vibe while not being pretentious. Would definitely recommend at least this location.

This place was so good. Absolutely the best burger in Chattanooga. They were quick and friendly. The outdoor seating was nice. I'm not usually a crinkle cut fry person but these were so crisp and delicious. My burger tasted so fresh. I was skeptical about how they serve wagyu beef burgers at such a great price. I was expecting to be let down due to some kind of shortcut to keep costs down but I was blown away. Bonus points for having plenty of parking in the area.

First time here. Excellent burgers. Mouth watering full of flavor. Great prices. Great beer selection, draft and bottle. They are open late. Staff was super friendly and happy to answer my questions. Can't wait to come back next time Im in Chattanooga. All ages until Midnight. The experience was wonderful.

So much to like here, the most important part, the fried Oreo is amazing and the burgers are fantastic. But there's just a great vibe in here. Absolutely love this bar.

Loved this restaurant, their burgers are amazing! You must try this burger joint.

Two weeks was men's bar and our server ( the guy with the beard) was very nice and welcoming. My wife and I enjoyed it so much we invited eight more friends out this weekend. We didn't get the same server which is understandable but the one we did get was a absolute rude c**t. Short blonde hair with dark streaks. Really young and rude to my buddy. Any questions we had she responded with a sarcastic remark. That really embarrassed my wife and I considering we spoke highly of this place. I might try it again in the future but this past weekend left a bad taste in my mouth

Ate there for the first time today. Was amazing how the waiter was able to memorize all 4 orders perfectly, and they were all customized, without writing it down. The bun tasted like it had been recently made, and had a sweet taste. The meat had a sweet taste as well. The fries were bountiful, and delicious. You’d be hard pressed to find a better burger for lunch.

I've been here twice now and I've had a consistently good experience with great food and atmosphere. I've had both the Greg Brady and Denny Hennen burgers and they've been awesome each time, with unique flavor combinations and toppings that are unexpectedly good. Their fries are definitely worth the upcharge and I'd say there's enough for two people if you wanted to share with someone else, or just share with yourself! Finishing things off with a Fried Oreo (or four) is also a must. Like everything else, they're served hot and fresh with powdered sugar and let you end things on a good note.

Really good atmosphere and service. They have great, unique burger combinations to choose from. They used to have a veggie burger substitute patty that was really good, but they don't seem to have it anymore. That would be my only knock, since that's why I came there this time. Still, the server worked with me to get a portobello burger instead and that was really tasty. But I prefer a Beyond Burger or Impossible Burger over the portobello. If they had one of those I would come more often.
