We visited this location on several occasions and our experience with the restaurant and staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Our food is always good hot and tastes great. Our food that we receive is just what we order we have never had to send anything back or ask to get something else cause of how it was prepared. Our server was professional, friendly and courteous .they give us our menus and was happy to have us take our time deciding on what we wanted, they even made suggestions on items for us .I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area who wants a good meal and staff who who give great service .
Terrible. Air conditioning either not working, or seriously overtaxed, as it was sweltering inside. Got seated right away, which I hoped was a good sign, but I should have realized that at 10:30 am the restaurant was mostly empty, that things wouldn't go well.Waitress was friendly, and took our order relatively quickly, but 45 minutes went by, and still no food. I began to get angry, as I have a daughter who is T1 diabetic, and I had already given her insulin in anticipation of her breakfast, so her blood sugar began to crash. They came out with some pancakes for her, so I enquired why could you bring her pancakes, but not the rest of our food? That's when the manager (I presume) came out to apologize and tell me that their tickets are running 45-50 minutes behind. I responded that at no time had anyone warned us when we were seated that it would take a ridiculous amount of time to get orders. If they had, we would have gone somewhere else. Even after this, she couldn't tell me when our food would actually arrive. I guess they moved our ticket ahead of other people, just to get us out the door. Food finally arrived, and was OK. We were so hungry by then we all just scarfed it down so we could leave.This is unacceptable for any restaurant, and from the Google reviews, it's been going on for a long time. Considering that 90% of iHop's menu is pancakes, eggs, and bacon, there should never be a wait for these items, as the grill should always be preparing pancakes, eggs, and bacon. They had plenty of staff in the kitchen, but my guess is like a lot of restaurants post-pandemic, they're still taking too many online/carryout orders for DoorDash, and aren't servicing their customers in house like they should. Will never bother with this place again.
I ordered curbside. I was told "we don't do that" and that you have to come in and get your order. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 10:12am. I went in and I received my order at 10:28. To top it off my hash browns were not in the bag so I had to wait in line for over 5 minutes to even let them know. The reasons given were we are short staffed after I brought this before the manager. There is no excuse for poor customer service. One minute to run an order to a car cannot be much of a hindrance.
Food is great. Cook needs to learn how to cook bacon. Out of 2 recent visits bacon was either chewy or way over cooked (almost charred). With both of those visits, we had the same hostess and after seating and taking our order, she did not check on us again the whole visit. Wasn't like she was up to her ears in clients as there was only maybe 5 (plus or minus 1) other tables occupied at that time. Other than that, I have no complaints.
We walked in, it was about 4pm on a Sunday night. We were greeted immediately by Heidi and sat in a booth. She brought us some water and gave us some time to decide what we wanted to order. We ordered appetiser’s, entree’s and dessert (well a waffle with strawberries). All the food came out in the correct order hot and it all tasted AMAZING!!! Moe was cooking and hats off to the chef!!! Great job all around!!! Heidi is an amazing person and she was very pleasant to talk to as well.. thanks for the amazing food and service!!! We will definitely be going back!!!!
I don't normally eat at chains but this place has absolutely the BEST chicken fried steak I've ever had. Now if they can just keep employees to keep the food/service consistent.
The last 3 experiences here:-Entire staff was drunk, but service was okay-No one helped us after 5 minutes of standing at the entrance-Waiter was so high that he forgot to take our order for 20 minutes, then didn't put it in for another 15... Didn't give us the check, after asking 3 times, and then took so long to get the money, we ended up going to the front and giving it to someone else.Never again.
Absolutely horrible!! Walked into facility at 10:10 sat at 10:15 at 11:35 we still hadn't received our food. Server said it was due to kitchen. Multiple tables had come in after us eaten left before us. Never received our food Manger was unwilling to comp our meal do to Server neglect to put our order in until 11:05. To the Manger it looked like we had just gotten there Absolutely disgusted with the fact that they refused to ratify the situation. WILL NOT BE BACK!!
Went Saturday night, ended up with food poisoning the next day. The waitress were sweet, but not worth puking all Sunday.
Service was reasonable and the food appetizing. I had a sandwich with hash browns and my friend had the eggs, bacon, and pancake platter; we both had coffee and water to drink. The waiter kept the drinks full.
