Absolutely terrible service. I’ve had gone here for years with my family and have loved every second of it. Tonight they charged me $11 for a tip bc I was with a family of 4 total. The server never came to refill my drink and was very hateful when I told her she didn’t deserve that much of a tip when I was single ticket. Will never come back here again!!!
Please open up the sushi area. My husband and I used to go on dates before the pandemic to the sushi area once a week but we no longer get to do this.
I showed up to get takeout around 30 min after location had opened. With no more then 2 tables seated inside they proceeded to inform that it would take 45 min to make my food.. a simple hibachi chicken with fried rice. If I were to dine in I’d have my food within 30 min from walking in the door and being seated immediately. There is no reason for this horrible business practice. Fresh defrosted chicken doesn’t take 45 min to cook. I use to love ichiban. This is my 3rd negative experience in a row within the last 6 months. I will not be back considering there are more efficient restaurants around to get hibachi.
It's okay. The food is good. The wait is very long. The cooking "show" isn't fun or "showy", it's just a guy cooking, which was very disappointing. The menu says you get Japanese tea with your meal but you don't. The salad is very soupy which is weird. Fried rice costs $2.59 extra.
This place has always been great. The food was wonderful and I love how it's cooked in front of you. It was busy when I came but still didnt have to wait for a table for mor than 3 or 4 minutes. They recently went up on their prices a bit but it's still worth the money.
First time today eating here 2-3-22. Me and my mother enjoyed the food and service the cook was very entertaining and the food was delicious worth the price.
Wouldn’t answer phone for takeout. Went in & ordered. 1 1/2 hrs later still waiting. Just not worth it & they are sure to let you know that you aren’t worth it to them.
Great atmosphere, service and food. The chef did a great job of entertaining.

Very good food and our chef was so talented! They rush you out before you're done eating which is a shame, I understand its probably because of being short staffed but it takes away from the experience. However, It was great seeing this restaurant packed.
