Highly dissatisfied! I haven't been to a hooters in a couple of years. It used to be my go to restaurant. After today I will not be back ever. Your website is not up to date. Twice now it has been inaccurate.. when covid restrictions were at the start of easing your website said you were open. We drove an hour away to eat and when we got there the location was in fact NOT open. Tonight we drove an hour to eat all you can eat wings and again the website is WRONG. I ordered some tenders and they don't even toss them in sauce anymore? Quality has gone down tremendously. Hooters used to be the busy elbow to elbow restaurant to go to and have a good experience. At this rate they may as well close the doors. Service was decent.. the waitress tried to make a good experience but overall the experience was not good. Sorry to see it go downhill like it has.

Half the tables empty but still a 45 minute wait.Update: decided to give it another try tonight 4/23. Ordered dinner at 730 and 815 our waitress came to apologize for the wait and ensured us our food would be out in 15 minutes. An hour for some wings? Nuts. Wasn’t that busy either, just like the first trip.

Terrible experience. Sat at the bar because they said it would be an hour wait for a table despite the fact that half the restaurant was empty. They would not take food orders at the bar because the kitchen was so behind. Waitresses kept piling up other people's dirty mugs and glasses right in front of me where I was sitting. Ended up just leaving after taking a few sips of my beer. Definitely would not go back.
I will say that the food was good, but since it was a birthday party dinner, it took over 2+ hrs. I want to say this for the waiter who dealt with us, i am sorry for the complications. I could tell you were trying your best and i couldnt say this to you. I was the lady who asked about the princess crown on your name tag. I know that you were stressed for being the only ones to take this shift and i thank you for honestly doing your best even though we had over 10 orders for one table. (I dont want to say the name but she is a sweetheart.) I hope you know that i am very happy that you tried not to buckle under the pressure.
Was great! Was slightly busy but we were seated right away by a taller blonde lady, and waited on by a young lady Named Amber. She was very polite, and quick. Food came out fast we got an appetizer, nachos, when she sat them down at the table her words were”wow! Those are the best looking nachos I have seen come out of there!” And they tasted just as great! The cooks did great! We ordered our lunch and it came out fast as well and looked wonderful! The chicken was delicious! I only could eat half of mine ! One this that we did notice as we were “people watching” as others call it ?♀️? while waiting for our food to come , is that the waitresses ( all but ours ) barley smiled at all while the were walking through .we smiled and they looked at us like we had ten heads ?♀️?♀️ smile and enjoy the job you have ! Otherwise We had a great date afternoon out! Thank you all! We will be back for sure!
Another amazing birthday dinner today! Lexi is an amazing server and took great care of us. Minor food issue was taken care of asap! Thanks Lexi and management for a great evening!
Most people go to Hooters for the wings but I decided to try a burger and it was pretty good. The curly fries were ok. They were missing something.
