I love love Hibachi Wings!!! Pam is so very nice, she greets you as soon as you walk in the door. Nice atmosphere, great music, the passion fruit tea is my favorite!!! I grew up in Okinawa, Japan so love the Japanese curry with chicken katsu, wings, and fried rice. I highly recommend this restraurant!!!
The food is great. The wait time in mid afternoon was average (15 - 20 minutes) for walk-in dine-in.Did not realize it is in the back northwest corner behind Food City until I drove there. Literally a corner shop that is hard to miss.
So rich, so yum. Chicken katsu don and golden tofu. Miso soup comes with. Sorry I ate before photo but I could only eat 1/2 of the rich food. So much more than Hibachi or wings. Wish the name reflected that. Greatly recommend!
I’ve given this place multiple tries and actually stopped coming for a while until they got a new server, woman with dark curly hair. I don’t know her name but she is actually good and makes you feel welcome. The food is good everytime I’ve eaten there. But the customer service is horrible. They either have a attitude, or bring the wrong food. I don’t like feeling like it’s bothering you because I’m here to eat. Today was the last straw and I probably won’t be back. I suggest if you see that the girl with curly hair isn’t there then you should just drive off. I believe she may be the owner but I’m not sure. The food being good and the one good server girl is the only reason I’m giving two stars.
LOVE the spicy udon with tofu and veggies! Also had the fried rice and spring rolls. The sauce that comes with the spring rolls is AMAZING. Everything was great, will def be back!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My boyfriend and I spent over 30 dollars on lunch. The wings were not cooked. Fries were cooked in old grease. The shrimp in the fried rice tasted like it was straight from the sea. I went before the lunch rush and STILL had food that was unconsumable. I feel bad for wasting it, but we ended up throwing it away. I would DEFINETLY never go back. The place next door is great though! Rain Thai 10/10 would recommend them.
My first time trying them last night my steak was so good and cooked to perfection, unfortunately I didn’t really care for the wings due to them being over cooked but the flavor was really good. I got Thai chili, over all the place was really good. Plan on going back tonight for dinner ?
Found this restaurant today, we ordered hibachi chicken, tempura shrimp, appetizer sampler and boba tea. Staff was helpful with making choices, food was served up quickly and with a smile. Everyone was pleased with their meal and decided we need to go back! We definitely will.
The food is great!!! … but the waitress was so rude. We walked in and sat down. We were not greeted and our waitress yelled at us from the register, “how many?” There were other guests there and they responded for us. I’ve never been to a place that yells at its customers. After she finally approached us, we ordered appetizers and drinks. She gave a rude look and rolled her eyes when we told her we needed a minute to order our meals. After we got our food and were getting ready to leave, we ordered boba to-go. This was such an inconvenience for her. No manners. I don’t expect to get my a** kissed but if I’m nice, please be nice. The food can be amazing (which it is!) but rude waitresses can ruin the entire experience for us as customers. Please do better.
After seeing all of the reviews about how bad the waitress was, it actually made us want to go and experience it for ourselves. We went for dinner tonight and the girl that everyone's been mentioning in the comments was working by herself in the whole dining area making drinks, cashing people out, waitressing, and taking care of everyone's take out orders. After eating there, it is pretty obvious that this is a family-owned restaurant and she is a younger girl helping her family run the business. I think it is very brave of someone to do all of that work by themselves while having to deal with the customers directly. Even though our Boba teas came late towards the end of our meal, she still worked hard and did her best to juggle all of these things on her own. Maybe some of the bad reviews may have been warranted, but from what we have experienced they seem very harsh. I think she deserves some credit for her efforts to handle all of these tasks while being only one person. Thank you for the delicious dinner, I hope you have a Happy New Year!
