It all began from the time we were greeted at the door! Everyone was friendly, the service was impeccable, and the food was amazing. We shared the Duck ham and Banjo flat bead with sirloin, then ordered the bone in ribeye with potatoes and the HM blacked salmon with a side of grilled asparagus. We top off the end of our meal with the smores and bread pudding. We loved the atmosphere and the window booth with a view to watch the Chef's in action!Hello Monty is a most go to!

Hello Monty is refreshingly different than almost any restaurant I’ve had in Chattanooga. They pride themselves on their charcoal roasted dishes and it truly did not disappoint. I had the crispy Brussel sprouts, charcoal potatoes and the 1/2 chicken. The flavor is phenomenal, presentation is unbeatable. We also got the Rose carafe which was refreshing and light. I cannot recommend it enough. I can’t wait to go back try their other options! My only complaint is that the prices were a little steep (carafe was smaller than expected, for example) but it’s a good treat yourself option for sure.*They also have clearly labeled gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Highly recommend!

Came here for Easter brunch and it didn’t disappoint! They had carafes of bloody Mary’s and mimosas on special for $15 which was very small, it allowed for 3 small glasses (half filled with ice) drinks. For lunch I got the steak salad and the pork schnitzel and both were very good and flavorful. I wish the sandwiches came with a side of fries or chips, but they don’t come with anything and no option to even add on. The closest thing to add on was roasted potatoes but it’s not the same as fries! For dessert we got the French toast which looked amazing but the taste was a bit disappointing, definitely had higher hopes for the flavor for that. Overall good value, prices seem reasonable but the portions are quite small. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Overall, great experience for lunch! The food was amazing. We had the Brussels which were A+, the schnitzel sandwich, and the tomato toast. Sunday is the best day to go here!

Been there once. My pork tenderloin was overdone. my dinner entree came with slaw (very good). Had to order potatoes as an additional side. I mean really, if your gonna sell someone a fire grilled meat, give them some potatoes too. The dessert, warm apple crisp with ice cream, was great.

I'm not even done eating and I gotta start this review. Get. The. Brussels. Sprouts. The 10 spice rubbed pork tenderloin is smokey and warm and so very tender. If it's a beautiful night, wait for a seat on the patio. If it's a cold night, they have heaters.Google should allow more than 5 stars for phenomenal places like Hello Monty.

This place is magnificent!!!!!!!Our server Justin was amazing! The food was superb!!We ordered the shrimp and grits plus cast iron French toast with coffee to drink - Bill was only 33… super reasonable brunch

I was very excited to try this palce. Its definitely a unique idea with cooking every dish "touched by fire". It was also a very neat environment.I ordered Charcoal Roasted Butcher's Cut Steak, Coal Roasted Baby Potatoes, Springer Mtn Farm's 1/2 Chicken and The House Naan. We waited a pretty good while for our food (45 mins) but when it arrived here's what I thought.Chicken was cooked to perfection and the flavor was great and original. Baby Potatoes were also very good with the perfect crunchy and soft texture.Steak was okay. I learned that im not a fan of roasted steak. I was thinking there'd be grill marks and or a browning on the surface and maybe a crispy edge. I should have paid more attention to the title "..Roasted...". It was basically cooked in an oven. The steak must have been soaked in marinade prior to cooking as it was all a darker colored steak throughout, not due to how it was cooked. The accompanied sauce with capers only made the flavor less appealing. The House Naan had great flavor, however unlike authentic naan it was thin and cruchy. Ideally you eat the chicken with the Naan but since it was too crispy it would break when you wrap any food up in it.Lastly these meals do not include sides. You order your meat and if you want a side you pay for that separate. $8 for one piece of naan, lol. Maybe if it were cooked in a tandoor oven it'd be worth $8. At least the potatoes were a good size portion, enough for two as well as the chicken. If you ask me now $100's later after tip for two of us, was it worth it? I'd say it's good but there are better value options out there with just as high of quality taste.

Great whisky sour, great beer, phenomenal service, and excellent meal! we could not have asked for anything better! We will be back!
