Really good food at very reasonable prices. Dinner last night was Chicken Parmesan and Rigatoni Al Gorgonzola. Both dishes were excellent and so was the Giardino Spritz order by my wife.Service (by Jon Michael) was really good and we especially liked his recommendations and opinions. I would have never ordered the Rigatoni on my own.We'll be back very soon.....
We had the most amazing service the other night for my partner’s birthday. In our reservation we said there was a bday and to please not sing— the employees were incredibly respectful and were very kind to us & our requests! Even though we sat outside (and we were the only folks out there), our waitress came around frequently to check on us and make sure we were well-taken care of. It was a fabulous evening, the food was incredible, the service was pristine. We will absolutely be back. :-)
Holy moly... I have no words for how amazing Giardino was. We started with the Arrosto di Maiale which was incredible. Hands down one of the tastiest Lobster Bisques I've had.. the perfect mix of texture, creaminess and just a pinch of sweetness on the finish. I got the Rigatoni Gorgonzola and my friend got the Shrimp Polenta.. both were incredible and very filling. For dessert, we finished it off with tiramisu and creme brulee.. we even ordered lobster bisque to go because it was so good. 14/10 recommended
My first time at Giardino Restaurant was fabulous! The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was fun. I had Shrimp and Polenta - a fantastic choice! (I wish I had taken a picture.) The Panna cotta for desert was tasty too!
Food, Atmosphere, Service & Server were amazing. This has become my wife and my choice for a nice, affordable date night. We try to make a reservation so we can get one of the highly coveted window seats & Nicole as our server. Her menu knowledge and kind demeanor have made each dining experience exceptional. And the food... oh my goodness. Everything we have tried has been delicious. From the signature entree's, made from scratch roles to the beautiful, yummy (guaranteed to keep me slim) desserts... wow!!! Definitely one of Chattanooga's best restaurants.
Not sure what all the hype is about. The food is average at best. Certainly not worth the 30 minute wait even with a reservation. (The last time we had a reservation they couldn’t even give an estimate on when we would sit down so we left). The fried calamari appetizer was small and lacking taste. The “house” salad was ok. And the salmon and chicken parmigiana were average. The spaghetti was not homemade. I will say the red sauce was pretty good. But overall the plating looked like a child put it on the dish. The chocolate torte tasted like pudding. My “view” of the parking lot and the noise level made me want to get out of there as fast as possible. Maybe a tablecloth, some candles and some real flowers (instead of the plastic ones) would help. Order take out if you want to try the food from here.
Let me tell you I’m not sure how anyone can give this place a bad review! We didn’t have to have a to wait long and everyone was super nice. The place is got a good vibe, our food was excellent! Hot and fresh! Definitely going back to try something new.
Delicious. The only thing better than the service was the food.The salmon was perfectly cooked.Spaghetti and meatballs portion are huge.Lasagna was terrific.Asparagus replaced spaghetti for the vegetarian/ gluten free guest.We Cleaned our plates.Desserts are made on site...Yum.We'll be back!
First visit to Chattanooga and our hotel recommended Giardino. We were so glad they did. Great place and the food, wine and service were amazing. Take our advice and give this place a try … you will not be disappointed. We had the halibut special and WOW! So damn good we almost want to fly in just for that. Anyway we are Winos and food lovers and this place is on the top of our list.
Excellent food with service to match. (Nicole rocks!) The melanzane appetizer is a must. The pappardelle bolognese is the best I’ve had. My boyfriend ate every bit of his chicken parm. Without a doubt, we’ll visit over and over again.
