I went to the Red Bank location today,walked in, ordered and they told us they were closing in 2 mins. They told us to get it to go or we could eat it outside in 95⁰ weather. Their Facebook page clearly states 9:00 PM. I love your Brisket sandwich but the one I had at the Cleveland location was full of fat. So needless to say, I went to McCallister's once again. Oh, it wasn't just tonight that they close. The redhead in there said it was every night.
Mose of the time I have eaten there the service was ok. The service today was really slow, so slow I thought about asking for a refund and go somewhere else. The sandwich was good.

When we go out to eat, this has become one of our go-to places. The food and service are consistently good and pleasant. The -1 star is because it is not always that clean in the dining area. But, my wife and I enjoy splitting a large, tasty sub, and not paying a ton of money for it!
The sub was good, and the chili didn't really taste homemade, but enjoyed visiting with my cuzin.
Service and food were both on point today. Shout-out to Bobbie for her excellent customer service and friendly attitude. Definitely making this a weekly stop. :)

Unfortunately, this location has went downhill. While the staff was friendly enough, out of 3 sandwiches I ordered, all 3 were incorrect. In the case of one, the bread was so soggy it was nearly inedible. I didn't realize any of this until I was home and since I live so far away, it wasn't worth dealing with.
Not these workers' fault, but I'm tired of Firehouse not having the hot sauces!!! That's one of their BEST features!
