This super cool place use to be a Glen Gene Deli. Now it is Glen Gene Deli 2.0 Aka Firebox Grill. I love the new decor, hang lights, new colors and train logo on the napkin holders. Though I had some what of a limited menu if you are into lettuce burgers etc. I went with the chicken Nachos which were good but they ran out of cheese sauce that completes this meal. No worries the black beans and there ingredients made up for it.I also tried the Reese Cup milk shake and it was a true delight.Would I recommend this restaurant? YesWould I come back ? YesOne star off for no cheese sauce
Menu in drive-thru states one price but you get charged another price… more of course. I get to the window and pay, I ask about the prices, she says they’re transitioning into new pricing. I’m like why not have it on the outside menu. That should have changed when prices changed. Simple fix! She could not accurately tell me what new prices were for each item, which leads me to believe they’re charging whatever. She had an awful, nasty attitude. She was very annoyed that I was asking about MY MONEY. I stop often for food. Tonight was the last time. I gave 2 stars because the food was ok.
Great place. Enjoyed their Impossible burger and their kind helpful employees. I had never eaten there before and they were very accomodating to my questions.
Everything was wonderful. The food was excellent, fresh and cooked to order. The restaurant it self was very clean and nicely decorated. I would give this place more stars if I could. I'd recommend this place to everyone. One thing is don't order at the drive thru though ! They were missing all types of things and just kind of gave you anything, including good that wasn't done. So go in that way you can get what you ordered.
Usually I love this place, it’s a little pricey but the food is food. However, today the ice machine in the dining room was obviously not clean and looked gross. Glad I was paying attention and just went without ice. Clean your ice machine please.
I had the beyond burger/fries and it was fantastic, my meal was about $13 ish. I left satisfied and full.
Can't believe I've never stopped here before. The food was great and fresh! We had burgers, wings and salad. All were delicious. We will definitely go back again.
The food tasted great. However, This style of restaurant confuses me. When I walk to a counter to order then return when it's ready. Why do they request a tip? I felt it was slightly overpriced. For $15 I can go to a place the has the same food and it's brought to my seat and my drink is refilled when I need it. Also, I didn't get my Cajun fries. I had already ate a couple by the time I realized it. So, I didn't complain to the staff.
I ordered the gyro and the sandwich was hot has I expected and the flavor was very good. It came out with separate condiments for extra flavor. This was my first time eating at the Firebox Grill in Chattanooga. I recommend that you visit there.
The Philly Cheesesteak was hot and fresh the fries were also..but the service thru the drive thru wasn't so customer friendly. No good for the prices they're asking.
