We ordered two of the rosemary butter sirloins. They were delicious and perfectly cooked. Side veggies and port mushrooms were excellent. Would like to have had a salad, but $6.50 was a little pricey to add a side salad

My wife and ordered the 12 oz ribeye and i must say we were a bit disappointed. The meat was thin and contained a lot of gristle. I must say that I have had better quality at longhorn and for a cheaper price. I was expecting exceptional steak and it was mediocre at best.
The manager, David, was fabulous and helped us combine two reservations for our small group to eat together. He was fantastic! Our server was great! Food amazing as usual. Thankfully we will be back in the Chattanooga area again so look forward to future visits!
The chefs were loud and carrying on and we were seated in a booth next to kitchen, we could not have a conversation!!! Wonât be my first choice next timeâ¦.
My wife and I both ordered the filet, salad and side. Also has deviled eggs for a starter. Our server I believe was Haylee, She was awesome, Pleasant, knowledgeable, very personable,, Never had to ask for refill etc. She was great. The food was awesome, My filet was one of the best steaks I have eaten in some time. The wine we had was very good. Thanks Haylee and Firebirds for a great experience. Hooah!
Food was prepared well and served timely! Our server, Joycie was attentive, friendly and courteous! One of our favorite restaurants in Chattanooga and dine there frequently.
Steak was over cooked. However did not send back because the rest of my group did not experience any problem with their steaks. Loaded back potato toppings were very skimpy.
Overall experience was very good. The restaurant was pretty busy so we werenât seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time. Once seated, our server was attentive and our food was good.
We had a reservation and were promptly seated. We had the $49 filet special; the filets were excellent. We both chose a baked potato as our side. Again, very tasty. The restaurant was crowded. Our server did a good job in keeping our drinks refilled.
We were in town visiting and met our best friends that live in Chattanooga here for dinner. We have been at this location a few times, and it never disappoints. The server, Tayla, was fantastic! The food was awesome as always. The evening was wonderful. We were able to catch up and enjoy an excellent dinner, not much else you can ask for.
