Went in last night not too busy. Waited at hostess stand about 5 minutes. They couldn't figure out where we should be seated even though there were plenty of open tables. Finally sat down got chips and menus. Then just sat as servers just ignored us. No one came over. Never got a drink. Just ignored us. Will never waste my time there again
I'm going to be honest in that I just left a terrible, terrible, terrible restaurant experience at a Mexican restaurant closer to Soddy Daisy but this place is terrific! The food is certainly above par and the service is hard to beat. I usually only post ratings on places I've been more than once or on the rare occasion I have a truly terrible experience I will post a one star and never go back. But I will be coming back here. And I encourage you to do the same. Update: I've eaten here many times now it is even better than I thought.
Food was great, they had hockey on the TV. Service that Audrey provided was excellent.Seems like a lot of Karen's left bad reviews.Workers are hard to find these days, no one wants to work, not the restaurants fault.And yes you should leave a tip for take out orders, someone had to bag all that up for you.
This is our weekly go-to Mexican restaurant, with all the typical menu items you'd expect done so much better than anyone else locally. We've loved everything we've tried, especially the cheap happy hour margs. We continue to love each new dish. Queso fundido is 10/10 we get it every time.
Was so disappointed today. Ordered steak fajitas and they was not sizzling and you could tell it was leftovers. The vegetables was over cooked and the meat had no moisture of any kind. No pick or guacamole. Was very sad that they have change this much for the lunch! Was my favorite. This is around the 4 time trying for lunch but first time writing. Maybe supper is still good.
Not enough workers, not use to be told to be quiet as an adult. True we had a large crowd but most Mexican restaurants are equipped to handle the crowd and provide nice atmosphere. I didn't eat because it was taking and extremely long time for service
Great restaurant. Our server was amazing and made us feel welcomed. I will definitely go back again when in town.
Had Taco Salad and it was delicious! Our waiter, Desmond, was excellent. The food was delicious and inexpensive, compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. Will definitely go back.
Whether you just want to drop in for a drink during happy hour or if you want to sit and eat great fajitas with the family this is the place to go.. they always provide generous helpings and a great atmosphere.
food was EXCELLENT! service was EXCELLENT!!!! our food came out fast and fresh! HOWEVER it took us 15 minutes just to pay after our meal. we actually walked out after waiting so long because no one would run the cash register. we came back after our server followed us and told us he would have to pay for our meal if we didn’t pay. i didn’t want to do that to him because he was amazing. after getting back inside we had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes just to pay so we could leave. we asked to speak to a manager, but she was on the phone… and running cash. another customer told us this happens all the time. no one is ever running cash and if she is she’s always on the phone (not taking orders) when we explained 15 minutes is too long to wait to pay she said it was because of low staff. we saw at least 8 people run past us from the kitchen, to togo, to the dining room. can only one person run the cash register? it was not a busy night. im not sure ill come back again, if we do, we’ll tell the server to run the card as soon as we place our order.
