The pictures and descriptions of homemade pizza dough cooked in wood-fired ovens are very accurate. Having just returned from a month in central Italy, Fiamma's Salsiccia + Pepe Neapolitan pizza compares well with the best from Italia. A minor criticism would be to ease off on the toppings as even the small pizza was more than a meal. Thanks for the delicious evening.
Ordered the personal pepperoni and cheesy bread. The pizza is what I believe to be more of an actual Italian pizza rather than more Americanized pizza. It's not the same way you're used to the whole pizza being covered in cheese and sauce, but it was a good experience. Cheesy bread was kinda like garlic bread with cheese on top, crunchy like garlic bread. It's a pricy pizza, but it's good for when you're tired of all the greasy chain pizza places and want something different.
My wife’s gluten free pizza was amazing. The crust is made in house and is also dairy free. I had both the Sicilian and Neapolitan pizzas and they were also amazing. We will be back!
I'm feelin' it. I LOVE a good thin crust pizza and FIAMMA is top tier in my book. Thin and floppy. Perfectly cooked. And I mean perfectly. I'm impressed. So many places make pizza. So many pizza joints to choose from. It's hard to rise above the rest. This place is reaching for the stars.I wish we had a FIAMMA back in my hometown of Murfreesboro.
Ordered a 14" Salsiccia + Pepe pizza and it's honestly the best pizza I have ever had. I ordered from door dash, but now I want to come in and try it bc I know it's probably even better straight from the oven.
Hands down the BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had!!! We were visiting from FL and having a gluten intolerance is a struggle, especially on the go…I’m so used to everything gluten free being dry and crunchy, and this dough and flavor was like eating regular pizza ? If I could rate this place more than 5 ⭐️, I would!
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They have a great selection of pizzas and sandwiches. Service was quick, efficient. Food was great, eclectic, and unique. Wonderful experience overall. Great unsweet tea also!
3 stars because the staff was very nice and helpful! I know everyone's taste buds are different, however, my little family did not enjoy the pizza. It smelled wonderful but it was lacking in taste/bland. Would not visit again.
Amazing wood fired pizza and delicious paninis! Very nice and friendly staff! Definitely a new favorite when we visit Chattanooga!
Gets two stars for the food: pizza and salads were exceptional and are solid renditions of Neapolitan Pizza. Setting, service, and pricing all missed the mark, and each deduct a star. We waited 45 minutes for pizzas that are famously cooked in 90 seconds or less. At a fast-casual restaurant, they were heavy on the casual, and light of the fast. Maybe next time?Edit after owner response: It wasn’t when we showed up at a little after 5. ?♂️
