My family just ate lunch here and Adrian really took care of us! This is the most amazing service we have received in a very long time. We had fresh bread sticks the entire time and he asked multiple times if we were still doing good, and if we needed anything. It's very hard to find good service anymore and Adrian really went out of his way to make sure that we had an amazing Sunday lunch. We will definitely be returning soon.
We ate here for dinner tonight! Adrian was so pleasant and kind! It was honestly the first time we have had such a friendly person with awesome customer service in a restaurant in a long time! The food was great and service was amazing!!!
Love this Fazoli's! Everyone went above and beyond here! Adrian was absolutely awesome. He kept close attention to the things we needed and was an absolute joy to talk with! The crew did an awesome job with the food and were all very friendly and attentive as well. ??
This is the BEST Fazoli's we have ever visited. We were visiting Chattanooga to see Ruby Falls and Rock City. After a long day of hiking through Rock City and walking through the cave to see Ruby Falls, we we were very hungry and decided we wanted to eat at Fazoli's. We were worried that we would not be able to eat there since it was a little after 8:00 PM, and the restaurant closed at 9:00. When we walked in, we were greeted by a beautiful young lady with a big smile. She took our order and engaged in a professional and friendly conversation. As we sat down, Mr. Adrien brought some breadsticks and greeted us. We felt like we were in a very expensive Italian restaurant based on the treatment we received. The service and food at this location far exceeds any other Fazoli's we have visited in the past. This review is especially important because post Covid, many restaurants are short-staffed and it shows in the food and service. We did not experience that at all. If we could give 10 stars, we would. The hard work and friendly service did not go unnoticed. We appreciate all the workers at Fazoli's and look forward to returning to Chattanooga in the future to visit this location again.
First time being able to come back after almost 6 years, and it was incredible. The food was delicious and came quickly. But my biggest highlight was Mr. Adrien. One of the most incredible servers I have ever had. He took great care of my family, was so friendly, had a terrific sense of humor, and was overall a fantastic server to us. Amazing first experience!
I recommend the Shallowford rd Fazoli’s to anyone that is craving some fast Italian! Not only was the food delicious, the staff was EXTREMELY nice and accommodating. Adrien was working the dining area and he was super nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Thank you for your kindness and the wonderful food! Glad to see that Fazoli’s is well staffed again. It’s been a crazy labor market and we know Fazoli’s had their share of struggles staying open during regular hours in the past few months as did every other restaurant on the planet. But we didn’t give up on them! Tonight, our order arrived quickly and was delicious! The best part of our dining experience was Adrian! He became our instant best friend upon bringing us hot, fresh breadsticks as soon as we sat down. He offered to get our beverages for us, he grated fresh Parmesan on our food, and checked to see if we needed anything several times. That’s the kind of welcoming service that brings customers back. Food was excellent as it should be, Adrian [I believe is his name] was super helpful, polite and thee best server I've ever incountered for a fast food restaurant. That man deserves a raise, along with the rest of the very courteous crew!!! The hospitality displayed was 10/5, never had such a good experience at a restaurant that's displayed as fast food, removed my plates for me, always brought food to me and FRESH Bread sticks as well, they were perfect. Thank you guys so much. Please do these people good. They took care of my girl friend and I like i was at a 5 star restaurant. It was unexpected and such relief after driving 12 hours today. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!
This location has excellent food. (Oh my gosh! The breadsticks melt in your mouth!) We’ve been extremely satisfied with each visit, from the quality and tastiness of everything we’ve tried from the menu to the excellent service. Speaking of which, I’d like to brag on one of their employees, a man who gave the best care to every customer, while sharing his amazing personality, that I’ve ever seen. Adrian is his name. Not only did Adrian take care of the customers and make them feel at home, he was constantly working, going in a run. I hope Fazoli’s knows what an asset he is and recognizes his skills and importance to their business by bringing him into management. He definitely deserves it and is a leader, for sure. We will definitely continue to eat at this location, and enjoy every bite.
