The staff was nice and welcoming when I arrived, and a few days into my stay there was a storm that knocked a gutter off of their building and scratched my car. They called me and had me come down and promised they would pay for damages etc. (This was January 1st 2022) I had to go back home to Illinois and would have to get my car fixed here and they said they could pay over the phone and its no issue. I have been extremely busy so I have not been able to get my car fixed, but I had gotten a follow up email from the manager and only saw it the other day. I responded and explained that I haven’t had the time to get it into a shop yet and I feel bad for making them wait on me, but he was still extremely respectful, kind, and accommodating. The people who work here are very true to their word, and they will always make sure things are fair. Overall a great stay and very kind staff.
The room itself is okay for the price. But the walls are less than paper thin. Between the trucks on the interstate, the loudest neighbors you could possibly have at all hours of the night, and the place is practically empty to the point everyone could be completely separated between floors and sides of hallway. I tried to go down the front desk at 330 am and 4 am to see if they could at least move the neighbors that were having a 20 person party but the lobby door was locked.
Stopped here in the early hours of the morning after getting a flat tire. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Good price and clean rooms.
We stayed there two nights and it was so nice. Extremely clean, new beds, great conditions. The service was exceptional. We will definitely stay there again.
Recomend this stay.. Great room, good price. Clean, curtious and all on a walk in one night booking. Quite impressed with the staff cleaning neighboring rooms on a late check out, looked thorough and they were friendly.
I stayed here for a month for a medical rotation and had a great experience. The staff was kind and welcoming. It is run by a family and they take great care of the place. Clean and comfortable. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Will definitely come back here if I'm in the area again.

This place was one of the few affordable stays for me and my husband on our quick Chattanooga getaway for fall break. Upon arrival I checked in very easy and was given the rundown of the floorplan and such then brought our stuff to the room. There is absolutely no smoking in this building but our room did smell like cigarette smoke upon arrival, nothing too bad though. I would recommend putting cups by the coffee maker because otherwise its useless unless you bring your own cup. Beds were clean and comfy and the amenities were good.

Me tell you something about this place. In this area town when you look up hotels you will see beautiful pictures and you will see great reviews most of which are lies. This place however is not. I seen bad reviews in the past about them but it's not like that now. The rooms are small they are cleaning very comfortable and very well priced considering the location. I will definitely stay here again.
