By far the best food I’ve had in Chattanooga. We ordered multiple dishes and every single one of them had amazing flavor! The octopus was my favorite dish! Our server Abby was great!

This place is awesome!!!!! The food and drink specials are incredible. They offer small plates and other items to share. A must if you are downtown Chattanooga.

The BEST oysters ever!! Seriously, even if you don’t like them you’ve got to at least try there here. The whole fish is a must try but the lamb neck that’s currently on the menu is so tender and soft. All that with amazing service, the servers are always so great.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner and we had high expectations as we’ve heard good things and the restaurant is highly rated. Our experience was just ok, especially given the high cost and small portions. We got the cucumber smash to start and it was nothing exciting. We also got the culotte steak with a side of steak fries and cauliflower. The steak fries and cauliflower were the highlights of the meal but for $8 each the portions are very small. The cocktails were great and a fair price. I got the s’mores dessert which was good. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic and the vibe was lively and nice in the restaurant but I don’t think I will be back.

We were in Chattanooga and decided to try this restaurant. We were very surprised at the high level of service, amazing cocktails and delicious food. We had the roasted oysters, beets, bass and chicken. Everything was delicious. Great selection of whisky too! If we travel back, we will most definitely revisit this gem. The noise level is lively, but I enjoyed it.

I just wasn’t excited about anything on the menu or the drinks. I don’t love sea food and everything felt like it was trying to be bougie rather than unique and appetizing.

If you have an adventurous palate and are a foodie, then Easy Bistro is the place to eat in downtown Chattanooga. Food and service were superior to any other meal we’ve had here in Chattanooga. Sauces and flavors are sophisticated and phenomenal. The menu is designed for sharing. Order multiple items per person. Our favorites included the smashed cucumber with turmeric labneh, whole roasted fish of the day, braised lamb neck, grilled cauliflower, s’mores pot de creme, and cream puffs “choux au craquelin” filled with caramel cream. Dress was mixed: many diners more dressed for a nice occasion, others casual in t-shirts and jeans. Fabulous cocktails and beer and wine rounded out an amazing meal.

We stopped in between storms sat down and had absolutely fantastic dishes. Raw oysters, Some of the best fois gras I’ve ever had And an absolute great selection of wines

Try the amazing drink selection. Oysters with the correct accompaniment. Ask for the fresh made blue cheese olives with your drinks, you will thank me.

Omg, this is place is gooood! Didn’t expect that. I was a fan of restaurant nearby, but this cuisine is amazing! We’ve tasted a lot of dishes. Starters, main, desserts… Everything is delicious! Ambience is good also. We got place at bar and didn’t regret. Our bartender was so professional and attentive. Don’t remember his name. Guy with beard. He treated us some nice breweries for free. I recommended that place for sure.
