I’ve rarely had an experience at any drive-thru as I had at this location. Amy gave exceptional customer service from the time I placed my order to the time I pulled off. She was the “Dunkin’ experience.” Nails pained in their colors, Dunkin’ hair tie, and nice as could be. We need more Amys every where during these times. Way to go, I’ll surely be back because of her.

I don’t typically leave reviews, however today Eric/Erik’s attitude was absolutely exceptional, we had to be sure to ask for his name prior to taking off just so we could provide him with a shout out! His positivity was extremely refreshing and left my family with all smiles and excellent customer service. We would love for him to get acknowledged, it is rare to come across someone with such an upbeat persona, especially on a holiday weekend ? We will be returning customers to this location solemnly on his work performance.

Deserves 0 stars. Waited in line over 10 minutes w one car in front of me. When it was my turn to order, I was very rudely and sarcastically told I could not have anything on the menu. Apparently everything was broken. The employees seemed to have time to stand around and chat to their friend at the window, though.

The black coffee and Donuts were on point, not much to complain about.

We went to the window to order and where told that the manager, Cristy,would not accept our orders,was it because we where Mexican Construction workers?i guess Dunkin’ doesnt support the working class.I usually dont care for racism but i was really hungry.

This Dunkin is in a great location. It's on my way out to anywhere. Most of the employees are really friendly and enthusiastic about being there but there is one who has had a less positive attitude on multiple occasions and puts a damper on the cheery vibe.This Dunkin is not a full service one and they do not offer everything the app will let you order. If you order something they don't offer, you find out at the window and they can't refund it - you have to substitute it.They also often forget to add sugar to the coffee, but that seems to be an issue at most Dunkin locations. ?

Absolutely stunning service. Swung by after a late day working and was thoroughly impressed with the drive thru guy working. We tried to go to Popeyes down the road and they were incredibly rude. The guy working the drive thru at Dunkin was like a breath of fresh air. He was super kind and upbeat. It didn't seem like us showing up was an inconvenience. Will definitely come back here when in the area again.

Be forewarned when choosing this store. Ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts with filling yesterday and 2 had zero filling. I also think they sell day old bagels from time to time. The bagels in a couple orders I’ve had throughout the past few months were rock hard by the end of the day. The Signal Mountain store is the one to go to. Never one issue there.

It's unfortunate that this is the only Dunkin in our area. There were may be 2 cars ahead of us on a Saturday afternoon and it took over 20 minutes to get our order. We could see an employee making drinks for his friends rather than taking care of customers first. I don't normally write bad reviews but this was not the first time we had terrible experience here.

That's a picture of my toasted bagel the second d time. Not toasted at all. They only had strawberry cream cheese when I asked for plain the guy failed to tell me do I drove back and he said that all he had (what if I was allergic to strawberries) anyways he had a lil fit for nothing. I just wanted what I ordered a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. Disappointed..... in all my years of being dunkin customers there has never been any kind consistency.
