Not a regular Dunkin lady, but had extra time and stopped in today to try something. Tonya was very kind in helping me make my selection of a medium Sunrise coffee (iced) with a “splash” (for me only 1 pump) of butter pecan added. It was so delicious I stopped at another location after meeting to pick up another before returning home!! Thx Tonya!
Great service and some of the absolute best coffee around! If you haven’t had a sour cream donut, you’re missing out! The staff here are always super friendly and the line moves quickly to get your order.
Great service. Very nice server. This location better than most I've been to. Coffee was very good. Donuts were fresh just baked so yes good experience.
My go to Dunkin. They usually can have things out to you within minutes if you order ahead. Haven't had any problems here. Staff is always friendly and kind even when they are super busy.

This was my second visit while going to Chattanooga Airport. Shawn the General Manager is very personable,great customer service..The coffee perfectly made normally it isn't at other locations.The shop very clean and presentable. I'll make this my stop everytime I have to go to the airport. Good job Shawn and staff.
