They forget to give me all the food items ordered in the drive thru every time I go here. Get some people that can at least count items on an order.Update. Again they forget half the order so I have to go inside to get it and the other half they gave me was made wrong. I feel embarrassed for myself I keep forgetting how awful this location is.
So got 3 donuts and 3 coffees. One was the caramel mocha but it tasted like watered down black coffee, the other was the shamrock which oddly tasted like an eraser (yea i bit a eraser before… odd) and the last was the mocha swirl which tasted like burnt coffee and idk how that is even possible. The donuts weren’t bad honestly though but price is high for what you get.
Third time visit was not a charm for us !!!This was the third visit at the Dunkin Doughnuts on Highway 58 in Chattanooga Tn. that our first and second choices of doughnuts that this store was out of and did not have ! I mean really, if you go to a doughnut shop and you don’t have doughnuts to serve, then this is definitely a disservice and you need to close the store !!! Not sure who the Manager of this store is but seems like this store may want to try someone else who can produce doughnuts and have them in stock, just in case a customer may want to come and purchase doughnuts !!!!Do yourself and the customers a favor and have doughnuts available to sell or close the store down !Totally ridiculous and there should be no excuses !!!!
Great every time I visit , I understand the system so sometimes might not have what I crave but they will have a nice substitute! 5 STARS EVERYDAY some people be on the cycle and can’t please everyone.
Did an online order with them and when I got there to pick up my order they told me that they didn’t have the items to fulfill my order which was a dozen donuts and 10 munchkins. After going back and forth with the employee at the window he contacted his manager and informed me that there wasn’t a way to refund me or give me a gift card for my order. The items were available online and when I get there they are somehow out of donuts. Terrible out come. Very unhappy with this location.
If you haven't tried some of the lattes because you are calorie counting, you must give the Oatmilk latte with Stevia a try. It is creamy goodness with just 130 calories for a medium. The oatmilk lends a creamy taste without the heavy calories, and as a bonus oatmilk has a good amount of calcium. I add 3 Stevia as I like the sweeter taste. My other favorite is the Charlie Cold Brew with sweet foam. At 240 calories for a medium, it is a refreshing and sweet drink. The Charlie features Dunkin original coffee with caramel swirl flavor. If you are hungry and don't want something sweet, try the avocado toast. I was skeptical, but it is very good with a very nice layer of avocado on toasted French bread topped with everything bagel seasoning. It comes in at 240 calories.
Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! Every morning on my way to work I stop to pick up my mobile order and they greet me by name, ask how my morning is and genuinely make me feel so welcomed and cared for as a customer. I look forward to seeing them each morning!
Decent coffee but the service is going to take a minute. Ok several minutes.
worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too, I’m pretty sure the ladys name who took my order is Amy. Her name was on the bag with my order. She was an older lady with blonde hair. Kinda looked like a crack head, anyways she was super super rude to me at the drive thru, (making fun of me ordering & mocking me) then continued to have attitude throughout me ordering. Was laughing about it. Then when I got to the window she didn’t even come, had a young girl give me my food, which she seemed nice. but the crack head lady needs to find another job, I have autism and experiencing that was embarrassing and disrespectful. Never again will I go to Dunkin’
I love it here. I got at least 3 times a week lol.
