My favorite location is here @Signal Mtn.These workers in this location work their tails off and management runs it like a Fine Machine!!BEST DD I've been to.And I go to a lot of them since I work as a Driver.
It's coffee. Good variety. Fast, friendly service. Convenient drive thru on my way to work.
Fantastic people but one uncooked chicken sandwich and I haven’t came back sense. Lost my whole businesses in coming to dunkin at morning time. At least 60$ a day now spent elsewhere.
Breakfast was horrible!!! Burnt bagel. Hashbrowns were cold and mushy. Service was slow and staff could use more customer service training. We definitely will not ever go there for breakfast again.
The egg cheese bacon croissant was tossed together, cheese was still cold, not heated, the coconut milk latte I ordered was supposed to have coconut flavoring and sweetener in it. I made my husband taste it to make sure it wasn't me. He said yea no sweetener and mild coconut taste probably from the milk. Starbucks was closed so I figured I'd try this store. The girl read everything back correctly to us and it was still messed up. I guess I should have read the reviews before heading to the drive thru... don't waste your time at this location. The management/owners really need to start reading the reviews so they can correct this issue. Not good customer service.

Dunkin is Dunkin!! There will always be a battle between Starextrabucks and Dunkin.... I'm a dunkin fan!! Had to stop there a couple times this weekend while at a tournament with the teams. Place was on point each time. Had all fresh donuts (for the kids), made good sandwiches and the coffees, lattes, and other assorted drinks (that I have no idea what they are because the kids ordered them) were all done perfect. Staff was very nice and place was clean. The parking lot needs a little help though...not enough space.
What kind of DD doesn’t actually have donuts? 8:30 on Monday morning - they had 3 glazed and 2 chocolate frosted. I needed 2 dozen. Barely had enough choices for 1 dozen. Simply said “forget it” and left.
This is the only Dunkin' location I've ever been to that consistently makes the coffee order exactly as ordered every time. They're a million times better than their neighboring competitor, Starbucks.
Every time I go to this location they give me a regular coffee Instead of the $5 latte I order. And ALWAYS put way more sugar than I ask for.For $5 I expect a GOOD cup of coffee not something so weak it's like drinking water with syrup in it.
