Very good service and the food was very good
Great job guys! This restaurant was very short staffed this morning. All of the staff kept their composure, smiled and kept guests informed if longer than normal wait times. We appreciate the staff being up front and honest about this, so we settled in, had great conversations and didn't even realize how long we waited for the food. Much appreciate you guys! Keep up the good work!
Not the best Cracker Barrell I've visited. Although the server was attentive, food was slow to arrive but mine wasn't warm. Some fish pieces were all breading. Still, rhe fire was warm, the seating was comfortable, and the conversation good so I can't fault the experience too much.
I gave Cracker Barrel another chance today. Wait was minimal about 10 minutes, service was very good, food was good as usual but I was taken back a bit of the small portion of food. I ordered the lunch size chicken and dumplings and the portion didn't even fill the bowl there was a time when at lunch time you had a lot of food. Nevertheless a better experience.That was at lunch, I went back for dinner placed an online order on my way to work. It was supposed to have been ready at 8:15p I arrived at 8:10p checked in was told it would be out in just a minute well that minute turned into 50 minutes which made me late for work. I inquired several times about my order and was met with attitude and no positive results. I initially thought my food was good I ordered chicken and dumplings, apples and greens. Sides were good and first couple bites of entree were as well. But as I continued to eat the dumplings tasted like chunks of raw dough and made my stomach hurt. UGH I really wish Crackle Barrel would get back on track consistently it has always been my go to place to eat and I was happy every time. By the way the dining room was not very busy at all. Please regroup and get it together. I want my money back.
We've already made a corporate complaint. Everyone who works here lacks the urgency to actually do their job. Placing an Uber eats order should be simple. However the past two times we've ordered, we've later been notified that they aren't offering the items we purchased (with no promise of a refund). We called the restaurant in order to rectify the situation, and even the automated call waiting indicates that no one will answer the phone. It's really unbelievable that this location has remained open for this long. The food is usually subpar even for cracker barrel, and now with this unacceptable service issue something needs to be done.
Awesome Service and great food. Will return!!Was my first time going and me and my girlfriend enjoyed it so much!! And when asked for lemon for my water I was brought a whole lemon instead of one slice. Kudos kudos!!!
We had a great experience here. The server went above and beyond with serving us. She was so friendly it was refreshing and surprising. The food was good and well prepared.
Stopped here off I-75 in Chattanooga. We had a family of six that day. Our server did a great job. She had a wonderful smile and attitude. Meals were very good. We had some special orders for our meals. Each meal was perfectly accommodated. I recommend this location.
We went to this Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Well we ended up eating a cold lunch! We sat for an hour waiting for our food. Apparently there was only one cook. I don’t mind waiting, but I expect for my food to be warm. It was cold.Our waitress also disappeared for long periods of time. Our drinks remained empty. She never checked on us.We won’t be back to this Cracker Barrel for a while.
I had not been to a Cracker Barrel since 2012. This one had a wait like they always do but when we got sat I noticed they were only using one side of the dining room and only using like 8 tables, my guess this was for covid standards so good job for keeping people safe. The reason why I am taking away two stars is because everything we wanted on the menu was out so we had to settle for the three options that they did have and because the waitress was inattentive. It also took about 45 minutes for our food to get to the table.The food we did get was good and it was fun to walk around the country store while we waited. I will go back just not to this one.
