Wife and I tried Saturday morning to have breakfast there. Waited an hour for a standard menu order. We left. Ate out of a sack since we had things to do. Tried again on Sunday and the experience was much better. Server was attentive, food on time etc. Please for the love of God turn the music down. My main gripe with this place is it's so loud. ugh. Food is pretty good but I'll only eat here about annually.

Food is always great! But they could use more servers. It's usually very busy my shortest wait time to be seated has been close to 30 minutes and the longest, close to an hour. Then about 15 minutes to be tended to after being seated. Then another 30 minutes for food to be served. ? I will try to come by there during non traditional meal times. But I love coming here!
As all others I have been to it was wonderful. The store part was a tiny bit bigger then others. But understandable for the location it was in.My dear mil was with us this visit and loved her dark meat chicken. And finds most grilled white meat to be to dry for her taste. Not this time. The sauce and everything was perfect for this trip. A smile all through dinner

If we could rate this place 0 stars we would. Possibly the worse service we’ve ever had. It took over 30 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us and we had to ask her if she could find our waitress when she told us it was her. Took another 15 minutes for our drinks. She lied and said that she couldn’t bring out a plate of biscuits and cornbread whenever everyone else around us getting them. Then my husband found a hair in his chicken, told her to tell the manager, (which we don’t think she did) and we still had to pay. She rung up our tickets wrong. Put the other people we were with on our ticket, so the total was $37 and $15. Then we were leaving and getting ready to pay the cashier tried to get us to pay $80 but it turns out he rung it all up 3 times. All the staffing had to say was sorry. Probably won’t be back here again.
Cracker Barrel is ways a solid choice if you are looking for home-cooked style meals. They have a great selection of 6.99 lunch specials. Particularly like the meatloaf. Also have had the chicken pot pie which is massive and very good. And they have the peg jumping puzzle game at every table so you can see how dumb you are while waiting for your meal. I left three several times which the game says means I'm just plain dumb. :-)
Well it started off with the hostess telling us we had a 10 minute wait after we used the app 30 minutes prior to our arrival. After walking around the store area for 30 minutes more, we asked the hostess how much longer, and she said about 10 minutes. We feel she clicked the wrong name, because a party of 2, was called numerous times, up to last call for them prior to us asking about our time.Once we were finally sat, we were greeted quickly and got our order in and drinks brought to us. Everything was going great. Except the wait, we noticed people that were seated after us were getting their food. More and more people were getting their food and we were still waiting. Our server Tammy was doing great with our refills, but we were getting anxious so my wife asked about the food. As we saw a manager walking around the dining room, but seemed to avoid our table. When asked, the server said the computer crashed and lost several orders. Which made no sense, because people sat at or around the same time as us, were getting their food with no problem. We politely excused ourselves, and left, after sitting for 45 minutes at the table.
This location said on a Friday night around 7pm that the wait for a table with 2 adults and 2 kids was going to be 45 minutes to an hour. Knowing my daughters could not wait an hour to eat we went to another restaurant. However when we where going back to our car I could see half of the tables were not being used. My kid did buy a magnified glass that she loves.
The food is always great at this location. The servers are always very friendly and attentive . The restaurant is always clean
