We had excellent service with our to go order on Friday. The two employees working were great and the order was ready quickly!
Very kind staff! I called ahead with an odd request for cherry flavored ice cream. It was for a family friend who is on hospice. It was one of the few foods she requested. We called all around and no one in town had this specific flavor, but over the phone Brooke assure us that she could help us out and she sure did! When we came in she already had a plan and was able to create a rich cherry flavor by thinking to add cherry juice to it. She had to mix far beyond what is normally required to get that perfect flavor. It was so special to have someone take the request as serious as she did. After all it likely will be the last ice cream our friend will ever get to enjoy. Thank you so much for doing that for us Brooke!
i ordered a cake for my daughter and it was completely frozen in the past coldstone was my favorite ice cream place but what they did ruined my daughters birthday party we had over 20 people there and they were as disappointed as we where will not be coming back
I had a great experience. They were friendly and ice cream was great! I loved the combo I got. They were busy but handled it well.
We waited in line for about half an hour because they were so busy but it was worth it. It was so good. However a couple of the employees literally rolled right out of bed and came to work without even brushing their hair. ?
Took the family tonight for ice cream, it was good like always but the entire place felt and looked dirty. Windows were filthy, trash everywhere, tables filthy. I’ll probably pick a different place next time if I show up and it looks the same.?
Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. They didn't do the cake at all, with not even an excuse. We asked politely why and the manager told us that their morning shift just didn't do it. We were offered a cake in store and after telling them twice how to spell our daughter's name they still misspelled it. Never ordering from here again.
We went right before closing time and we got exceptional service my wife did not like her first selection and they remade it for her free of charge the customer service is second to none. I appreciate that the employees did not act strange about it and just remade it without a question. Thank you so much Cold Stone crew. We will be back. The ice cream was amazing and the quantity for the price seemed very fair. There was quite a wait but the line seem to move as it should because they had adequate staff on hand to handle the surge of customers. Clean Lobby area and good ac on a hot summer night. Thank you again for exceptional service and a great experience all the way around.
If you are trying to decide between here and the local ice cream show place down the street, choose this one. Way better experience overall.
Man! Good ice cream , no doubt...unique concoctions and mixed flavors...... seemingly Everytime I find myself here I wait in a extremely long! Line! Way to long for ice cream even though it's a Pryor respit from the heat in the dead of summer. Still way to long for ice cream...get it together guys and figure a more efficient way of delivering ice cream to your customers!!!! Faster!!!!!!
