The restrooms needed to be cleaned and disinfected. The manager need to do more then walk around with his hands in his pockets . The pasta was never made the hole time we were there. The pizza was barely warm and most of the soda was out and it was not clean at allI was very disappointed and will not return to that cicis
My experience here at Ci Cis Pizza with my family was great due to Blake 2 days ago. He is an awesome employee there. As soon as we walk in, He was very friendly, explained everything in detail!! He needs a raise!!… Excellent customer service and he made our day. I haven’t been here in years but I will be bringing my family back more often now. Great salad and pizza bar as well!!…Thanks!!
We went on May 10 2022. My husband and I, daughter, and grandson he is 10 months old.We got him a high chair.They were all nasty.None of the latches worked they were all broken.No changing table in the bathroom to change his diaper.No soap. It was just gross.We will never eat there again.
The food was good. I entered the restaurant right after a rush. The employee changed up as soon as they could send they kept fresh food on the line. None of us had to remind them to replenish anything. They seem to have better games now. I almost stayed to play the games
I came in 3/10/22 right at 7pm.. they close at 8 now. However Johnathan, Cici and the entire staff were AMAZING. Despite being short on staff you could see how hard they were working to continue to keep up with the amount of customers that were coming in and and up to the bar to fill their plates. There was also a large party that came in and were absolutely rude to the Manager. Even though I didn't know them I felt like I needed to apologize on their behalf. Working with the public IS VERY HARD and you guys handled it well. I pray you not only get more staff but a raise as well. Thanks and Great Job ??
I definitely ate enough to cover the price which wasn't bad at all. $9.56. Got here right @ opening so all the pizza was perfectly hot fresh out the oven. Friendly staff as well.
No brownies refuse to make more 2 hours before closing time
Took my kids here 2 weeks ago for lunch. The food was great, customer service was amazing! It looks like they're doing some construction or updates so their wasn't any games or anything for the kids to play at the moment but they will soon I'm sure ?
I placed a carry out order for pizza at 5:30 PM on a Saturday night. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and I told him I would give him extra 10. I got there five minutes early and my order was already ready. Not to mention the dining room was packed and that people waiting out the door. Alicia and Jonathan were working on the counter and I saw her go out of her way to make sure a family had a table and I saw him call back a customer that they had missed a call just to retrieve that lost business. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for many years and I’ve never seen associates go out of their way to take care of customers like this.
CICI PIZZA helped us survive during the Covid shut down. It was a way for my wonderful wife to get a rest from making three meals a day every day. Good food at great prices.
