First off I’ve came back three times, 3 different days of the week, 3 different times and each time were NEVER open, If you do catch them open it’s a long waiting period for food. An If you do order food it taste’s like they just have the food sitting under the light just to throw it out the window occasionally. The inside is never open either, even though they’re are cars in the lot. Don’t waste your time stopping by.
Everytime i tried to come to this place, its either closed or it would take 20 mins to order from here, i tried doordash the chicken 2 or 3 times, they accept it only to not do anything and proceed to waste my time, the times where i managed to get chicken from this place, it was great, the honey on the bicsuits was great, good chicken and i love the mashed potatoes but i cant seem to get ANYTHING there and one last thing to mention, i usually check if the place is open with google to see before going and it wasn't at allIt upsets me but if they don't bother, why should i?
Biscuits was hard and burnt and chicken was dry and they move to slow u have to sit in line for 20 minutes or longer before they take your order
Got home without checking my order before left drive in(30Minutes) before order taken and shorted one piece of Chicken Two mashed potatoes with gravy never have spicy chicken to order always out.Had ordered 6.99 Special meal for two with coupon.Very dissatisfied with total experience.This mid afternoon with Three cars in drive thru????????
Great service. I had a few modifications and the cashier was able to make the changes that saved me 2 dollars. They were out of biscuits which didn’t make my husband happy and I think they forgot to make my order spicy but the drive through was not bad. Chicken was still hot and tasty.
The food is great but you can never tell when they will be open, and they run out of chicken all the time. Poor management
Please either pay people better so you can have staff and stay open normal hours, OR just close this place already. You are randomly closed with no explanation, or out of everything. Invest in people or put this place out of its misery.
Churchs Chicken is not the same anymore customer service is none existent when it comes to certain coworkers including the store manager. I was told I couldn't receive my money back because it was days later when I was able to get in touch with them. The day of and after the phones stayed busy. She(store manager) didn't ask no questions she just said no you can't het your money back. Chicken was soggy and the fries, made me sick later on that night.
We went here for lunch after going for dinner the night before. They close whenever they want to apparently. They just stick signs up saying when they're choosing to close for the day. When they're actually supposed to close doesn't seem to matter any. I got the 3 piece meal and the chicken was okay. It was kind of bland. The mashed potatoes I got were hot and delicious. They were the best thing out of the whole trip. My friend got green beans and they were extremely watery. He said the macaroni and cheese was dry. By the looks of it, I believe it. He wanted a chicken sandwich and they had no buns. Then someone says no chicken for sandwiches either. They also had no fries. My friend said he went back today for a sandwich and they still don't have any. I'm not sure how you advertise for chicken sandwiches yet never have any. Overall not impressed.
So happy and proud of the new staff at Church's Chicken. The young staff was very rude, no home training, and disrespectful. But now, the new staff is respectful and honest workers who likes their and customers. Welcome back Church's Chicken
