I read some of the bad reviews online and it had me concerned but this place is clean, neat and the staff are friendly. Anyone accusing racism is silly, everyone was nice to me and my family. The only negative I can think of about the whole place is it only has one toilet in the mens restroom. When several dads have the bubble guts it's a bit hard to manage with some of us doing the dance in the hallway waiting.
This place is so insanely expensive, we had been invited to a birthday party for a 3 year old girl who was friend's with my 4 year old daughter. We received a $30 card from the parent's of the birthday girl, spent $30 on a card of our own to be sure we could play the entire time and those two cards barely lasted 15 minutes. So, I went and bought a $50 card and made sure I did the time INSTEAD of the points, bc if you're buying the point based cards, like we had at first, you stand in front of maybe a total of 3 games/rides and that card is done and empty in an instant with 2-5 year old girl's. So, I spend $50 on a card that was for 45 minutes of play time. Which is now a total of $80, not including the extra one our host party parent's had handed us, and were there for literally 2 hours and Chucky the mouse never came out One time!! This used to be a place called Showbiz Pizza when I was little, and it was endless amounts of fun, with a robotic band performance every 15 minutes, Bob the Bear mascot was always out and visiting the kid's, and never did I see my parent's spend that endless amount of money for nothing. I am so incredibly disappointed and unhappy with the entire set up of this place. Oh, one more thing...The last time I was there and Chucky did make an appearance, he would 'make it rain' on the kid's with prize tickets, as all the kids would have to jump on the floor below him to get as many as they could. I pulled my brother's two kid's right up and out of that floor immediately as I realized that this mascot, supposed to be 'kid-friendly' character had my niece and nephew in the floor, like they were Strippers who took their clothes off for money!! This is such a total waste of money.
I think that mangement here is very unprofessional. I brought my daughters to have a good time. My husband ordered a combo order. I thought he ordered a salad with it. I had no clue the salad was a separate charge. I made my salad and asked a lady who is management with two pig tails for a fork for my salad. she informed i didnt have a wristband or the correct plate. She also informed me the salad does not come with the combos. I told her I'm sorry i didnt know. she told me to hand her my plate and threw it in the trash. I had never seen management be so rude in my life over a misunderstanding about a salad. I had to go back to same lady to get a plate to eat my pizza. She truly needs to learn how to talk to people. My husband and I spoke to another manager about salad situation. The young guy at register didn't give out any receipts. It was brought to our attention. He didnt ring up order right,he missed the salads and fries we asked for. I will never go back to this location. I feel so disrepected neither mangers apologized for misup. I could tell after I complained about the situation there was a conversation said over the earpieces. I saw several employees looking at me throughout my visit. I will definitely not suggest this place to anyone.
This is the absolute worst Chuck E. Cheese. This was our first time visiting this Chuck E. Cheese. The service was beyond horrible-and racism here is VERY existent. There are a bunch of poorly trained kids that work here. They stand around in groups and talk. They do not take care of the customers nor ensure that Chuck E. Cheese is for the kids or the place to be. Never Again.
Always have a good time at Chuck E. Cheese. The new digital cards are great. Much easier to set a time limit for the kids and no tickets to keep up with. While there wasn’t much my son was interested in at the prize counter tonight, he usually saves his virtual tickets up for the next trip anyway. The pizza and cheese bread were very good, salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The whole place, including the restrooms was clean and I did see employees sanitizing the games and drink area. Save your digital cards to reuse next time because your “tickets” are on that card. Time increments are what we choose to load onto the card so we can leave when the times up. We went for 2 hours today, from 3pm-5pm and it started getting busy around 5. Time frames for pizza can vary but tonight it was about a 10 minute wait. We usually load the cards, order the pizza and play while it’s cooking. You can pause your time once during your visit. For a family of 3, with pizza, cheesebread, 1 salad bar, 3 drinks and 2 hours on 2 cards, it was around $100. Not too bad. They do have deals every now and then so check the website or app for those before you go.
Me and my family are from out of state and we had a great experience at this Chuck E. Cheese establishment the employee Trey was very helpful and generous made this experience very great for us. I’ll definitely suggest this establishment for future customers
Always a fun time there. Employee's seem to keep the place very clean and food is great. Always a good place to spend an hour of unlimited games for under $20 on a rainy day!
I feel so sad for this location. We go every week and try to help give them business because everyone goes to Dave and busters now. This place never has anyone in it. I don’t expect it to be open long. But after seeing how the manager treats his customers today we will not be going back. No need to go into detail. He just uses a no common since type of managing and doesn’t put the needs of his customers first. Even when there is only 2 family’s there and we spent our regular $70 for the week on card board pizza . Dave and buster will have our business from now on. Food there is great. When I was leaving I heard the other family ask their kids where they wanted to go to eat dinner. Guess they thought the pizza taste like card board too. So so sad to see this happen to Chuch e cheese in hixson, Tn. Expect it to be gone soon.
Ever since 2.0 came out in 2015 this location received in 2020 I feel like every single Chuck E. Cheese with 2.0 should just not exist I mean sadly this location had to give up a studio C stage which I know it’s a controversy between studio C and all the other stages that you can have but personally I liked it I’m more of a concept unification stage person myself on a three stage like the one in Madison Tennessee Tech five star review I personally believe that the Chattanooga location is not as good as it used to be so back in 2012 the location was perfect
For Christmas and New Years until Jan 2, 2022 a special Winter Winnerland with prizes and deals.Clean, fun and friendly service. I always take my kids on weekday later afternoons, not at all crowded. Any time I’ve had a problem with cards or games the staff is quick to help and professional. Food is as is expected, but who comes for the food, right??
