Beef was dry & old. Had to ask for napkins & plastck forks. Woman at window was not ar all Friendly & later told me there was an additional charge for using a credit card. Will NEVER be back & cannot recommend to anyone! $26.00 for dry, inedible food! We eat lots of BBQ & this was terrible!
I hade the ribcombo with fries and beans and my wife had the BBQ salad... we enjoyed all too! My only complaint was the chopped chicken was a little dry. The ribs and crispy fries made up for that!
Choo Choo is legit good BBQ. No frills, great smoked meats. They tout their ribs and pork butt as award winning, and for good reason. Their sauce was also amazing, not too sweet or spicy but just right.If you're a bbq lover, go and visit Choo Choo, you won't be disappointed.
Some of the best pulled pork you can get,only drawback is sometimes the deep fried products are little too done, awesome chili cheese fries.potatoe salad and slaw is great ?
Well the pork killer potatoes tasted good,.We ordered 3 from East Brainerd store.Afterwards my husband had indigestion , then I was up all night with diarrhea ?The only thing I noticed was part of the potato had black places near skin that I thought I got out.We had okra too.So disappointed, now I'm afraid to eat there again.Luckily I felt better the next day because I had to watch my grandson.
Their service has been really good here lately! Super nice staff. Food is always great. Only complaint our last order, the fries weren't good at all. BUT never ever had a bad experience
I love this place. I usually eat here 2-3 times a month. My only complaint is the amount of sauce they put on their dishes. Specifically the Killer Potatoes. They never put enough sauce. I know, silly complaint, just order some extra sauce, right? WRONG! If you have the audacity to order a side of sauce, they will put PLENTY of sauce on the dish, then give you the cup on the side, which I don’t even really need now because they finally put a reasonable amount. I’ve tested this several, several times and it almost never fails. It’s not a big deal, I just find it super annoying. Fantastic food though!!
My husband and I absolutely LOVE their loaded potatoes. The one time I tried their banana pudding it was delicious. Tasted homemade. Haven't had that in a minute but going to get some today.
False advertising. Fried Chicken Platter with 2 sides $10.00. what I got was four chicken strips,, dinner for a 5 year old. Lost my business..... Be clear on your product.
Called today to make a simple order so my wife could pick up (BBQ Sandwich, fries, and tea) and I was going to pay for it because it was on me. I was told they was too busy and only one cash register, I said, "Ok, but I'm not coming there and my wife is picking it up I need to pay for it now" I was told they couldn't do it was to busy and the phone hung-up. Ok....They don't need my business, their too busy... I'll order some place else.
