We've eaten there several times with decent service. This visit was the worst experience l have ever had there. We were seated, orders eventually taken, and after a decent amount of time waiting, food was served. Fine. Although waiters passed near our table a few times we never received service again. And one half of the restaurant was empty!! When finished eating 30 minutes later we finally were able to get someone to bring us a ticket. Then no apology was given for their poor service. We've written them off permanently.
my order was messed up completely by getting chicken quesadilla and there was nothing there at all but the shells and they gave me no chicken at all really so I call to get a manager and did not get a call back so I called again 1hr layer to say they are still busy very unprofessional when there is a customer that has a meal thats really just chips. and bad quality service coming out the kitchen to get a meal like this out the door. Might be my last time eating from this location if this is the type of Staff they have
Okay the only reason it's not five stars is because I don't go there enough to know if that was the best it had to offer or not. But the experience was pretty great I just went there with a friend and we split a meal and our waitress even gave us a little hack on how to make it a little bit cheaper we had a great time and our food was super great. If you haven't tried the Mexican corn definitely get that it's so good. But we didn't sit there at the bar other people were and they were getting drinks and everything so if you're looking for a good bar with food you should check that out. Pretty good prices I think for splitting and drinks and everything it was like $20 including the tip so it wasn't bad for two people. Everything was pretty clean it wasn't too crowded it was a weekday around lunch. They're looking for a lot of options for lunch definitely go there.
My stepdaughter and I visited this location on March 3rd 2022. At first my thoughts were Oh No. The hostess told us it would be 15 minutes or less to be seated. After 30 minutes I asked and we were not even on the list. We were immediately seated. Our server, Dominiquea, was at our table within seconds to get our drink order. Because of Dominiquea our service was excellent! She was prompt, efficient, friendly, always with a smile, we were sorry when we had to leave. Chili's is very blessed to have her as an employee.Many Kudos for an excellent dining experience.
On 3/30/22 my niece and I visited here. I am fully aware that places are short, but some things are uncalled for. We stood and waited to be seated which was fine. However we asked for a specific seat because we both have children and were trying to be mindful of those around us. When we asked the host replied, “No ma’am. My host will not go that far.” I’m not understanding what happened to make sure the customer is taken care of. I kindly left this establishment and may not revisit.

Wait staff not properly trained. Several mistakes made with our order and billing. Very disappointed in management. Server was very apologetic. Will not be going back here. Disappointed.
I would give a minus if I could. I spent almost $100 in wings and somehow the order was confused. When I called to fix the order they were not helpful. I then placed another order and paid for it and then sent me BURNT wings. I have never been so disappointed. I didn't even request they fix the error and just paid for the extra wings which were NOT what I ordered .. The picture attached is supposed to be Lemon Pepper wings.
Absolutely couldn't have had a better dining experience. The staff was super friendly and our waitress was attentive and happy. On top of that the food came quickly and was delicious. I'll will definitely be visiting this Chili's location more often.
Love Chili's. Been to this location once. Half the restaurant was shut down. Low staff. Food was way below Chili's norm. They even forgot my salad. Was gonna get it to go but they forgot it again. I won't go back to this location.
