Waited 20 minutes to be seated. After ordering, we recieved drinks and the appetizer; however, we waited an hour for food we never received. When we told the manager we would pay for what we DID receive before leaving, he tried to get us to pay for another party's bill after discovering that our waitress mistakenly gave that other party our total bill to pay for. We didn't have to pay for anything in the end, but it was a very frustrating experience.
If there was a zero on here, that's what they would get. Horrible service. The waitress was rude and was rushing everyone to place their order because she was more concerned with her other table she was serving. She gave our ticket to another table, and they paid it not knowing, and we never got our food after sitting there for over an hour. The manager wanted us to pay for the other party's food because of the waitress mixing up the tickets, when we never even got our food to begin with. The AUDACITY. Needless to say, we didn't pay for anything and left. Never again!!

I went there last May before going to the aquarium. It was nice. The food was good and it was a good experience at first. During our meal there was a seemingly homeless man wandering the area talking to no one, which is no big deal... until he came up to our table in outdoor seating and began screaming at us when we had no prior interaction or contact with him. The man was screaming and crying (unsure over what) and threw our drinks at us while cussing us out. We were just relaxing and didn't start anything.When we refused to fight him he went to another table and attacked 3 black men who were doing the same as us and just enjoying the day outside. They felt threatened and fought back because he was threatening them.After it happened they ran away before the cops showed up as some people were taking the side of the attacker because he was white.Eating there presents a risk to you and shows the blatant racism of people in the area.They also offered no consolation (comped meals, a gift card, an apology.... nothing) to us or anyone else sitting in the outdoor area who were also affected.
Wanted to order To Go, was told to go stand in the back where the door dashers were, and they thought I was a food deliverer not someone who had not even placed an order yet. Waited 10 minutes and was mistaken twice. Second bad experience at this location. Walked across the street to Taco Mac and got the same food with a 10x greater experience.
MANNN LET ME TELL YOU??♀️??♀️??♀️??. So we stopped because everything was closed. And BOY O BOY we should've waited. Everything was cold (well the drinks were good) and the attitude of the staff was TRASH. But maybe they where having a bad day, who knows. ??♀️??♀️ or maybe they were on the wrong shift. All I know is after 1 bite we just threw it away got up left and went to BK. Hope that helps
They were very short staffed but there were no slackers among the staff working. The food did take a while but when it arrived it was hot and delicious. I will eat at Chili's again. Appreciated the staff here a great deal! 11 in our party.
Unfortunately I cannot provide an experience on the food because the experience ended before it even began. It was a busy Saturday night in Chattanooga, around 8pm. Despite the city being busy there were a number of open tables at this Chilis located downtown. A group of friends including myself walked in and ask about being seated, we were a party of nine. As soon as we said nine the hostess got this distraught look on her face as if we were the biggest inconvenience of her life and said with a very hateful tone “Well that’s going to be like 45 minutes to an hour” as we looked around and saw multiple empty tables and an ENTIRE outdoor seating area that was just completely empty, but well lit and ready to be sat at. We ask her about the patio area and immediately she responded with “No, we don’t allow seating on the patio after dark.” Strange rule, but it was clear they did not want to serve our party so we just made our way back out of the building to prevent ourselves from continuing a bad experience. If you try this chilis, I hope you make it past the host station before your experience is destroyed.
I was actually very surprised with chili's! We don't normally go here but Saturday night we decided to try it. We got the 2 for $25 deal. I'd also like to add that they literally only had like 3 people working and they were working super hard. So proud to see people who actually want to work!
Great happy hour special but the appetizer was just ok. Nice staff and great beer.
