Can't really rate them. They are Never open for the 8th time. Though they have a Schedule for Business and They always showing open. When you call there's always a animated answering machine. Signs says open through these hours , You go there the doors always locked. "Just go Out of Business!! ?!I don't believe they exist!! I never smell food cooking or grease frying! Skip this spot!! The Google Profile should Update to " Always Close!! Non-existent;!✌️

The Chicken Was Cooked To Order, & Fried With A Golden Brown Layer. Potato Logs Was Moist All The Way Home. Professionalism>5-Star Southern Hospitality Treatment. Cleanliness Is Top-Tier. I Will Say This, It's Chicken-w-Bones & Everybody Else.

Great place. You can call ahead and order.

Great food if you can ever catch them open.. the signs on the door and the hours on the website are misleading. I have attempted to dine here on several occasion just to leave empty handed. On my last attempt they were locking the door at 3pm when the sign clearly said they closed at 4pm. The cashier informed me they were out of chicken and the cook was making a delivery ??‍♀️

Best chicken in Chattanooga. You have got to try a bucket of this chicken. You will be throwing rocks at Champys and KFC.If they tell you to wait, sit down and wait until it’s ready, you will not be sorry.

Just want to say that the food is nothing but great, it's just the hours of operation for me. The website states they close at 8:00pm. I calls and the answering machine says they close at 8 as well. I drive over and it is dark inside, no open sign flashing, looks closed to me. I can’t seem to catch them no matter how early I go. This happens to me everytime I try and get food. It’s very disappointing. Please add a statement or something about the hours of operation, some people waste gas driving to this side of town and to get there and it’s closed. Can someone tell me the REAL\\n“HOURS OF OPERATION”

It’s the UNPROFESSIONALISM for me!!! So I definitely called ahead because I’m aware they cook to order.. the problem is …I called ahead and was told 13-15 mins my food would be ready. Keep in mind I ALSO EXPLAINED THAT IM ON A 30 minute lunch WHILE I was kn the phone placing my order. So boom I get there at 113pm the call was placed around 1250 ok so I get there still expecting to wait a few minutes no problem ,I didn’t get my food until 130PM. What really rubbed me the wrong way wasn’t me prepaying and waiting forever but they wrote MY CARD INFO ON A NAPKIN THAT WAS JUST SITTING ON THE TABLE FOR THE WORLD TO SEE!!! Like who’s idea was that? If you’re going to be that irresponsible and careless with my card information at the very least have a small shredder to destroy the info and prevent the worry of someone’s card information being stolen. The food was decent not the best fried chicken not the worst but I definitely won’t be in a rush to visit them again

I recently served Chicken-w-Bones catered menu selections for a southern themed luxury picnic. The meat did not disappoint. It maintained a crispy coating with tender flavorful meat throughout the event.Melinda Bone and the catering team were readily available and responsive to all of my planning needs. I recommend them for your next event!

Food is very very good BUT it’s really hard to get. Either you get there and they are closed during business hours , there open and there’s no food for over an hour or there is a small amount of food but someone just before you swipes it all and there’s nothing but one item left. When your hungry the last thing want to do is play Russian Roulette so go when your feeling lucky I guess lol. The customer service/front staff isn’t up to par as well so that makes the experience worse. Reminds me a lot of Squidward

Everytime we ever drove up there (a good hour drive), even before the said closing time on Google, they're closed.
