For me....the order is almost the same. I'm having the original Chick-fil-A sandwich meal with regular waffle fries on the side, Chick-fil-A sauce/ketchup/mayo to make things perfectly personalized for me...having a large luscious fresh-squeezed lemonade (over light ice) hydrate the proceedings...before diving into a sublime Georgia peach milkshake for the cherry-on-top of my perfect lunch.Occasionally, i will switch up my menu with the 12-piece Chick-N nuggets, a chocolate or vanilla milkshake, and different beverages.****Chick-fil-A from food to the firm itself is truly the epitome of fast food done right. Not only are they ruling the field for perfect chicken. They are doing it consistently without fail. Their customer service is phenomenal and stands second to none.Chick-fil-A executes a level of customer service that should be the standard throughout the entire business realm. Sadly they are the very rare exception found extremely far and very few between for the price.
Not the first time that I have ordered my meal and have not gotten what I ordered. I was missing 3 chicken biscuits ..don’t understand that one. Great food but I think if it’s fast food, then may want to double triple check what the customer ordered. Again, love the food and service but I have had multiple instances where this has happened. ✌️?
Nice friendly , patient people, I don't always know what I want right away. Last visit I had their Cobb salad. Got extra nuggets for my salad. Very good.
You have to love the grilled chicken club and waffle fries! The fries were not as hot as they usually are, but the taste was still pretty good and it didn't overshadow all the other times I've had consistently great food from the Chick-fil-A locations I've visited over the years. I appreciate how friendly the staff is and their reminder that it's their pleasure to serve me! Eat more chicken!
I ordered 2 chick fill a sandwiches with cheese, waited way to long, grabbed bag and headed out of town, went to eat my sandwiches 45 minutes later, I received 1 sandwhichs with 2 pcs of cheese. Brilliant people, brilliant.
Everyday I go to Chick-fil-A for lunch. The one in East ridge, great service. It's one employee name Besty, that's makes my visit memorable each time I visit??
I love it it's was great service for my birthday today and I knew my friends work there so I really loved it and I love the service and all them showing greeting and all that that a good restaurant needs.
I really like their pepperjack deluxe chicken sandwich combo which they bring to my table with my Coke Zero (no ice) without having to wait in line . I use the mobile app and scan the table number ... yeah !!!
This location is almost always good. They had a bracket game going on their Facebook page and I won lots of free food - that’s always a nice thing. Thank again for the freebies!
The ladies working when I went in were so kind! I had ordered online and the website sent me to the wrong Chick-fil-A. I figured it out, and the blond lady (I didn’t catch her name) was kind enough to give me new fries, (We’re talking four large fries here, mind you) even after I insisted that it wasn’t necessary.It might be one brief moment in the chaos of the work day, but one kind act that meant the world to my kids and I! Thank y’all!
