I mean, duh, it’s Chick-Fil-A! Best fries, sandwich and Mayo.
They only offered one size of coffee, 6oz, and was blamed on covid instead of offering to feed it back to corporate. Wrong name on order. Ordered med fruit cup, got large cup with about half the fruit for that size, bonus round, got charged for a large fruit cup. Staff not that polite. +20min wait time for drive thru with no option to park and go in, while other locations have dine in/walk in options. This particular location is experiencing management/staffing issues. Drive the extra miles to the one on Lee Hwy. It's worth it for better service.
Slow line. Soggy fries. My chicken sandwich was rock hard on the outside and chewy on the inside. I usually nut my pants when I bite into a CFA sandwich for the first time. Unfortunately, this time that was not the case. I bit into my sandwich and gaged it out onto my lap due to how foul it was. I felt disrespected.. dehumanized to an extent.. I was completely bamboozled.I’ve only been to this location once and it was my first ever negative experience with CFA… EVER.
Fastest drive-through service I’ve ever had at this location. Usually good, leaning toward great, but they kicked it up a notch today. Courteous service, hot food, and perfectly crisp chicken biscuit! Super way to start the day!
The drive through line management is consistently going downhill(for Chick-fil-A’s standards). It is well past time for the indoor dining to be open. I have had an accident and many near accidents because of the chaos. Won’t be going back until the indoor dining is open.
SKIP..Inconsistent service, preferential treatment to certain customers. Was given a frosted lemonade that wasn't full without whip cream or cherry. They didn't offer it even. 4+ bucks for that is unacceptable.Brush up on your service and consistency. This is why I won't dine at Chick fil A outside of Texas!
Indoor dining is still not open at this location and the drive thru wait times have progressively gotten longer. The parking lot drive thru set-up is chaotic and crammed due to indoor dining still being closed. This location has definitely gone downhill recently.
The parking lot is chaotic. I ordered carry out and there was no where for me to park to pick up my order except on the other side. I hate to wait in line for 20 minutes until I could even park to get my food.
The worst chick fil a I have ever been to. I keep coming bc I love chick fil a but this is my fourth time to this specific location and they are consistently SLOW and rude. There is NO efficiency to this chick fil a. I have even ordered ahead to pick up so I didn’t have to wait and there is no where for order pickup and I still had to wait. I have never been so disappointed in a chick fil a before. The customer service is even terrible and rude.
