The food is decent and is about the same price if not cheaper than most of the standard meals at the other restaurants in the mall, so there’s that to consider. I don’t really care about their stance on anything because it doesn’t change their service or food quality. Everything is pretty standard here very basic tasty food, customer service is average.

Very fast service in the mall. Not the crazy car lines that should be redesigned.

Crowded and ordered 2 drinks only and had to pull up and wait....rude manager directed this...not sure why people love this place so much°
Out of my 20 plus years of eating chick fla. I have received my first time ever having bad customer service here and it was from a manger he was very rude. I ask for grilled chick nugget meal and he said we don’t have any grilled nuggets. I look up at menu for maybe 5 seconds and he responded move over so I can take somebody else order. I was shocked and Started to place my order I asked for. Sauces he purposely put wrong sauces in bag . Ask for the sauces again he slung the sauces on the counter. I asked for his name wouldn’t give it to me his ethnicity is may have been Indian or Arabic.
